Objective: To evaluate the potential value of Long non-coding RNAs as biomarkers for sepsis using a meta-analysis system. Methods: Using Chinese and English combined retrieval methods, through the well-known foreign language databases such as China Knowledge Network Database,Wanfang Database,Weipu Database,Pubmed Database,Embase Database and Web Of Science Database, search for "Long non-coding RNA and pus An article on the RCT study related to biomarkers of toxic diseases.Based on the literature of the clinical research obtained from the above database, based on the actual situation of the problem to be studied and the needs of the subject, the inclusion and exclusion criteria of the required documents are formulated according to the specifications, and the relevant software is used. The required data extraction work is followed by a secondary check. The main content of the extraction work is the clinical experimental data on biomarkers in the literature. After the data was completely extracted, the included data was systematically evaluated using Review Manager 5.3 and Stata12.0 software, and the results were finally represented by the forest map. Results: The study included six articles, including 231 patients in the disease group and 229 patients in the control group. The combined effect of the LncRNA positive detection in the pooled control group was 12.46,95% CI [7.96,19.52],Z = 11.02(P<0.00001).The combined effect of sensitivity was RR 0.77,95% CI was [0.72,0.82].The heterogeneity test showed Q=4.37,df=5.00,(P=0.50);I2=0.00[0.00,100.00],the combined effect RR of the specificity was 0.80,and the 95% CI was [0.74,0.85].The heterogeneity test showed Q = 8.16,df = 5.00,(P = 0.15);I2 = 38.74 [0.00,95.30].The LncRNA positive likelihood ratio was 3.50,95% CI [2.17,5.64];the LncRNA negative likelihood ratio was 0.31,95% CI [0.21,0.45],and the diagnostic odds ratio was 12.60,95% CI [5.61,28.31].The results suggest that LncRNA shows good diagnostic properties in patients with sepsis. Conclusion: Long non-coding RNA has the potential to be a biomarker of sepsis, and has certain potential value for the diagnosis and prediction of clinical sepsis patients.
