Objective To evaluate the follow-up management and intervention effects of the high-risk groups in cardiovascular diseases in Nanning, aiming at improving the follow-up rate of interviews, strengthening intervention measures, ensuring the sustainability of follow-up work and improving work quality, and reducing the risk of the cardiovascular disease mortality rate and the morbidity rate, and provide reference basis for formulating future intervention management strategies and measures.Method The Data were obtained from self-made questionnaires, epidemiological surveys, and interviews with high-risk groups of cardiovascular disease at the National Center for Cardiovascular. The survey included demographic baseline data,long-term follow-up(follow-up,follow-up preference,follow-up comprehensive efficacy, medication compliance, satisfaction survey, etc.),survival status, cardiovascular disease status, medical history, lifestyle behavior, and cardiovascular disease Risk factors related to clinical examination indicators, and then through data analysis of the Nanning urban high-risk groups of cardiovascular disease follow-up management and evaluation of intervention effects were studied.Including follow-up changes,follow-up tendencies, comprehensive effects of follow-up,and analysis of influencing factors on the interview rate.Based on the follow-up,the follow-up intervention effects of cardiovascular risk factors were evaluated.result.Result The results of basic follow-up management showed that the total number of follow-up population was 4097.In 2016,3736 people were followed up,among whom 3056 were interviewed. The overall follow-up rate was 91.18%,and the interview rate was 74.59%.In 2017,the number of follow-ups was 3,650,and there were 2,920 interviews. The overall follow-up rate was 89.08%,and the interview rate was 71.2%.In addition to statistical differences in the level of education between the follow-up and lost followers in 2016(p<0.01),there were no statistically significant differences between other demographics and those lost to the demographics in 2016 and 2017.There was a significant difference in the follow-up willingness,follow-up tendency, and follow-up comprehensive efficacy between the participants interviewed for interviews and those who were not interviewed(p<0.05).The results of multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that there was a negative correlation between the non-standardized treatment and intervention group and the face-to-face interview rate, the interviewing rate of farmers relative to the unemployed in the occupational group, and the relative attitude-neutral people in the group with poor satisfaction(P<0.005).OR<1),and those who follow the doctor’s behavior are relatively poor for people with poor compliance with the doctor’s behavior, administrative district groups,Zhongxingning District,Xixiangtang District,Suining District,Liangqing District, compared with the population of Qingxiu District The interview rate was positively correlated(p<0.05,OR>1).Follow-up intervention effect evaluation analysis results showed that clinical indicators(blood lipids, blood pressure, fasting blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin,BMI,body weight),smoking, physical activity,health-related quality of life, medication compliance, and disease burden decreased after follow-up intervention The difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that follow-up interventions were negatively correlated with systolic blood pressure and smoking(P<0.005 OR<1)and positively correlated with dietary, physical activity, and medication adherence(P<0.005 OR> 1).Conclusion The follow-up management status and intervention effect evaluation of high-risk groups of cardiovascular disease in this study which suggests that: 1.Administrative areas, compliance with doctors, satisfaction, and different occupations are important factors affecting the increase in interview rates. To strengthen the follow-up management of these groups,we can develop strategies and measures to improve adherence to interviews, expand publicity for follow-up work through modern information technology and other measures, take the initiative to follow-up,and promptly provide follow-up results to patients, build mutual trust between doctors and patients, and improve follow-up.Satisfaction of work to increase the interview rate of the follow-up target.2.Through the implementation of follow-up management and comprehensive intervention can effectively change the way of life behavior, reduce hypertension, dyslipidemia, diabetes and other cardiovascular risk factors.3.Through intensified follow-up intervention measures, the intervention measures can be effectively subordinated to the objects of follow-up,so that the follow-up subjects can obtain substantial health benefits, reduce the mortality and disability rate of high-risk groups of cardiovascular disease, and reduce disease to health. The damage will also provide reference for the development of future follow-up management strategies and interventions.
