| Objectives:To compare the effects of lower extremity multiple joints and single joint kinesio taping effect on lower limb function,and to compare the effects of kinesio taping effect of different tension on lower limb function.Methods:Through the basic injury history information collection and FMS,YBT test,20 healthy male college students with sports experience were selected,and 5 times were respectively affixed.The smear group was blank control group,knee group,ankle group,and knee-ankle group,placebo group.SJ and CMJ height,dynamic and static balance,and plantar pressure and gait were tested after each ligation.Results: After the different parts were affixed:(1)Vertical jump height: SJ,compared with the blank group,the knee group and the knee-ankle group showed significant differences(P<0.05),and the ankle group showed no significant difference(P>0.05).There had no significant difference among the three groups(P>0.05).In the CMJ,the height of the four groups was no significant difference.(P>0.05)(2)Balance: On the static balance,compared with the blank group,there were significant differences between the knee group,the ankle group and the knee-ankle group(P<0.01).There had no significant difference among the three groups(P>0.05).In dynamic balance,In the left lower limb,compared with the blank group,there had very huge difference between the knee group,the ankle group and the knee-ankle group(P<0.01).In the right lower limb,compared with the blank group,There had a significant difference between the knee group(P<0.01)and the knee-ankle group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the ankle group(P>0.05).There had no significant differences in the knee group,the ankle group and the knee-ankle group in the lower limbs(P>0.05).(3)Foot pressure and gait: There had no significant difference betweenthe knee group,the ankle group,the blank group,and the knee-ankle group(P>0.05).In the gait test,the data of the left side related indicators,the maximum pressure was compared with the blank group,the knee group and the ankle group had very significant differences(P<0.01),and the knee-ankle group had significant difference(P<0.05).).There had no significant difference between the knee group and the knee-ankle group(P>0.05),but there was a very significant difference between the knee-ankle group and the ankle group(P<0.01).Compared with the blank group,there had no significant difference between the knee group and the knee group(P>0.05),the ankle group had siginificant difference(P<0.05).However,there had no significant difference in the knee-ankle group,the anklegroup and the knee group(P>0.05).The data on the right side,the maximum pressure,compared with the blank group,the knee group,the ankle group,the knee-ankle group all had very significant differences(P<0.01).There was no significant difference in the knee-ankle group and the knee group(P>0.05),but there was a significant difference between the knee-ankle group and the ankle group(P<0.01).There was no significant difference in the area between the ankle group and the knee-ankle group(P>0.05),the knee group had siginificant difference(P<0.05).However,there had no significant difference in the knee-ankle group,the ankle group and the knee group(P>0.05).After different tensions were attached:(1)Vertical jump height: In the SJ,the knee-ankle group(P=0.022)and the placebo group(P=0.009)showed significant height changes compared with the blank group(P < 0.05).There had no significant differences between the knee and placebo groups.In the CMJ,there is no significant difference among the three sets of heights.(2)Balance: On the dynamic and static balance,there had a significant difference between the knee-ankle group and the placebo group compared with the blank group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the knee-ankle group and the placebo group(P>0.05).(3)Plantar pressure and gait: There had no significant difference in the pressure between the blank group,the knee-ankle group and the placebo group.The gait test,the maximum pressure,and There was a significant difference above the blank group,the knee-ankle group(P=0.003)and the placebo group(P=0.004)(P<0.01).There were no significant differences between the knee-ankle and placebo groups.Conclusions:(1)Intramuscular adhesion can improve the performance of lower limbs such as vertical jump,dynamic and static balance,and the effect of foot pressure and gait intervention is not obvious;(2)Contrast of different parts of intramuscular effect,Compared with the single joint appendage of the quadriceps and the triceps,the double joint muscles of the quadriceps and the triceps do not have better performance for the lower extremities.of the improvement effect;(3)Under the different tension of the intramuscular effect,the natural tension is better than the 50% tensioning group in the lower limb performance. |
