Study On The Preparation Technology And Quality Standard Of Jixian Tongbi Pills

Objective:To study the formulation and optimum preparation technology of Jixian Tongbi Pills and establish the draft quality standard for Jixian Tongbi Pills Methods:1.Extraction technology: L9(34)orthogonal experiment was used to determine the content of total phenolic acid by ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometry with the content of total phenolic acid as the evaluation index.The optimum extraction technology,extraction times and extraction technology of Jixian Tongbi pills were optimized.2.Forming technology: The optimum forming technology of Jixian Tongbi Pill was determined by single factor method.The appearance,size,adhesion and dissolution time of Jixian Tongbi Pill were taken as evaluation indexes.3.Quality standard: TLC was used to identify Yuanhu,Chuanxiong,Duhuo and Morus parasitica in the preparation.The content of total phenolic acid in the preparation was determined by ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometry.Results:1.The optimum extraction technology of Jixian Tongbi Pills was determined as follows: 8 times the amount of medicinal materials were decocted in water for 3 times,1.5 hours each time.2.The optimum moulding technology of Jixian Tongbi Pill was determined by single factor test.The appearance,size,adhesion and dissolution time of the pill were taken as the indexes to determine the proportion of excipient as fine powder of medicine: honey refining = 100:20.During the preparation of pills,Jixian Tongbi pills were prepared by honey water flooding pills,medicinal charcoal coating and polishing.3.The TLC identification methods of Yuanhu,Chuanxiong,Duhuo and Mulberryparasitism were established,and the determination method of total phenolic acid in Jixian Tongbi Pills by ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometry was established.Conclusion:The extraction process of Jixian Tongbi Pills is simple,stable and feasible.The quality standard control method is efficient,feasible and specific.Yuanhu,Chuanxiong,Duhu and Mulberry parasitic reappearance is good,and the quality of the finished product can be effectively controlled.
