The Clinical Study On The Therapy Of Bushen-Huoxue-Huatan Combined With Diane-35 Treating Kidney Deficiency Phlegm Stasis Type Of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome

Objective:Observe the efficacy,safty,recurrence and effect on hormone of the therapy of BuShen-Huoxue-Huatan combine diane-35 treating the women of reproductive age with kidney deficiency and phlegm stasis PCOS.To provide objective basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment of PCOS by exploring the mechanism of this treatment on PCOS,the effect and the role of AMH and INHB.Methods:60 cases of PCOS patients with kidney deficiency,phlegm and blood stasis at reproductive age who visited the department of gynaecology of nanjing hospital of TCM from December 2017 to December 2018 were involved in our study and divided randomly into the experimental group and the control group.The experimental group was treated with Bushen-Huoxue-Huatan decoction combied diane-35.The control group was treated with diane-35 only.All particicants were treated for 3 months,and follow-up for 3 months.Clinical data were recorded to observe the changes of menstruation.,TCM syndrome score,hirsute,acne,sex hormone,AMH,INHB and other indexes before and after the treatment.SPSS17.0 statistical software was used to process data.The clinical efficacy was compared between groups before and after treatment.The clinical efficacy was also compared between the experimental group and control group after treatment,to explore the mechanism of the therapy of B ushen-Huoxue-H uatan.Results:both groups were effective in the treatment of PC.OS,with a total effective rate of 90%in the experimental group and 70%in the control group.The experimental group was superior to the control group(P=0.013).Both groups could improve TCM symptoms of patients,and the experimental group was superior to the control group(P=0.011).Both groups could improve the acne of the patients,and the test was better than the control group;No significant improvement was observed in the condition of hirsutism in the two groups.Both groups could effectively reduce the levels of T,LH,AMH and INHB in patients,and the experimental group was more effective than the control group.During the follow-up period,the recurrence rate of the control group was significantly higher than that of the experimental group.Conclusion:kidney-tonifying and blood-activating phlegm-resolving method combined with dac-35 in the treatment of kidney-deficiency and blood-stasis type of PCOS at childbearing age is more effective than dac-35 alone.It is possible that the kidney-tonifying and blood-activating blood-stasis method can achieve the treatment effect by improving the patients’ constitution and endocrine,improving ovary ovulation,and the long-term recurrence rate is low.
