Objective:The purpose of this study was to investigate the role of pulmonary artery obstruction index combined with cardiac ultrasonography and PESI in evaluating the severity and clinical prognosis of acute pulmonary embolism. Methods:From June 2016 to June 2018,96 patients with acute pulmonary embolism diagnosed by CTPA were enrolled in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University, including 50 males and 46 females, aged 26-91 years,All 96 patients recorded the degree of pulmonary obstruction(complete obstruction, incomplete obstruction)and obstruction position; And all patients underwent cardiac ultrasonography examination to determine the left ventricular short axis maximum diameter(LVd)right ventricular short axis maximum diameter(RVd);All the patient recorded gender, age, basic cardiopulmonary disease, presence or absence of tumor, presence or absence of psychosis, blood pressure, pulse, arterial oxygen saturation, respiratory rate, body temperature, and 30 days mortality.Calculate the PAOI index and classify APE patients into light, moderate, and severe according to PAOI<30%,30%<=PAOI...
