Objectives:To Explore the effects of different blood purification protocols on early organ function in patients with acute paraquat poisoning. Methods:By retrospective analysis,91 patients with acute paraquat poisoning were divided into routine treatment group, hemoperfusion(HP)group, hemoperfusion combined with hemodialysis(HP+HD)group according to the different treatment schemes.General data of patients, laboratory examination indexes at admission and 72 hours after treatment were collected and analyzed to evaluate the effects of different blood purification protocols on the early important organ function of the poisoned patients. Results:There were significant differences in liver, kidney and respiratory function between the three groups after 72 hours of treatment. The degree of organ damage in the HP group was significantly lower than that in the control group. The difference was statistically significant. The organ function in the HP+HD group The degree of damage was significantly lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant. The degree of organ damage was comparable between the HP group and the HP+HD group, and the difference was not statistically significant. Conclusion:The combination of HP and HP combined with HD treatment can alleviate the damage of early important organ function in patients with paraquat poisoning, reduce the incidence of acute respiratory distress syndrome(ARDS)and multiple organ dysfunction(MODS)to a certain extent;HP combined with HD has no significant advantage in improving the degree of early organ dysfunction in patients with acute PQ poisoning compared with HP alone.
