| Objective: To observe the clinical effect of kubai granule lotion on wound healing after anal fissure surgery.Methods: Itwill be included in the standard of 60 patients with stage Ⅱ,Ⅲ anal fissure were randomly divided into two groups,the treatment group and control group,30 cases in treatment group with bitter particle lotion hip bath,parker in the control group to recover the new liquid sitz bath.There was no significant difference in sex,age,course of disease and anal fissure stage between the two groups.By observing the two groups of patients in wound pain,edema,granulation tissue growth and wound healing time,according to the standard quantitative score,and then using spss22.0 system software for statistical analysis.Results: After the first day,two groups of patients in the wound pain and edema scores more P > 0.05,showed no obvious difference between,comparable,3,7,14 days postoperatively,the score is P < 0.05,suggesting that the difference was statistically significant,the treatment group is better than that of control group,bitter particles parker lotion in the pain,relieve edema symptoms than rehabilitation new liquid has advantages.By comparing the quantitative scores of the two groups on the growth of granulation tissue and the postoperative wound healing time,P < 0.05,indicating that kubai granule lotion has the same advantages in promoting the growth of granulation tissue and wound healing.The total clinical effective rate of both groups was 100%,and P > 0.05,indicating that both treatment measures could effectively promote the healing of wound surface.In addition,no adverse reactions such as skin allergy,rash and pruritus occurred in the two groups during the treatment.Conclusion: Kubai Granule lotion can significantly reduce the pain and edema of the wound after anal fissure surgery,promote the growth of the wound tissue,shorten the wound healing time and has a significant clinical total effective rate,which is worthy of further study and promotion in clinical use. |
