Diagnostic Value Of CPT In DPN And Intervention Study Of Qizhi Kebitong Capsule

Objective: On the basis of previous studies,we observed the sensitivity of current perception threshold(CPT)in assistant diagnosis of diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN),and the therapeutic effect of Qizhi Kebitong Capsule on DPN.Methods: Based on the literature review,72 patients with DPN(Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome)and negative results of nerve conduction velocity(NCV)were collected from January 2018 to October 2018.They were divided into treatment group(36cases)and control group(36 cases).On the basis of regular hypoglycemic treatment,the two groups were given Mecobalamin Tablets + Qizhi Kebitong Capsules(treatment group)and Mecobalamin Tablets(control group)orally.Drug intervention lasted for 12 weeks.At the end of the experiment,the scores of syndromes and CPT values before and after treatment were counted and compared between the two groups.The curative effect of Qizhi Kebitong Capsule was quantitatively studied,and statistical analysis was made at last.Results: The abnormal rate of 250 Hz and 5 Hz CPT was high,and no abnormal rate of2000 Hz CPT was found.After drug treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes in the TCM treatment group were lower and more advantageous than those in the control group(P <0.05);CPT values in the TCM treatment group and the control group were improved after treatment,and the treatment group was better than the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion: CPT has high sensitivity for early diagnosis of DPN,and is more suitable for clinical use as a noninvasive examination.Qi Zhi Ke Bi Tong Capsule has a good therapeutic effect on DPN(Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome).
