Clinical Study On Treatment Of Chronic Gastritis(Syndrome Of Phlegm And Retained Fluid Stagnated In Stomach)with Waitai Fuling Decoction

Objective: By observing the clinical symptoms of chronic gastritis(syndrome of phlegm and retained fluid stagnated in stomach)treated with Waitai Fuling Decoction and the clearance of Helicobacter pylori,the clinical efficacy and safety of Waitai Fuling Decoction in treating chronic gastritis(syndrome of phlegm and retained fluid stagnated in stomach)were discussed.Methods: This clinical trial included 72 patients with chronic gastritis(syndrome of phlegm and retained fluid stagnated in stomach),all of whom were hospitalized in the outpatient department of geriatrics,affiliated hospital of Changchun university of traditional Chinese medicine from December 2017 to December 2018.72 patients were randomly divided into treatment group(n = 36)and control group(n = 36)by the research method of randomized controlled clinical experiments.The control group took amoxicillin capsule 1.0g(Hainan sanye meimei pharmaceutical co.,ltd.Chinese medicine standard H46020281)+ metronidazole tablet 0.8g(Shanxi yunpeng pharmaceutical co.,ltd.Chinese medicine standard H20056339)+ pantoprazole sodium enteric-coated tablet 40mg(Hubei guangji pharmaceutical co.,ltd.Chinese medicine standard H20093467)twice daily for 20 days.On the basis of the control group,the treatment group was additionally given Waitai Fuling Decoction twice a day,warm in the morning and evening,with a course of treatment of 20 days.During the observation of drug efficacy,the two groups of patients stopped taking other drugs to treat chronic gastritis.Through observing the patient’s symptoms,signs and 14C-urea breath test,the test data are analyzed and summarized,and statistical analysis is carried out.According to the obtained corresponding results,the clinical efficacy of Waitai Fuling Decoction in treating chronic gastritis(syndrome of phlegm and retained fluid stagnated in stomach)is objectively evaluated.Results: After statistical analysis of the curative effect,safety and adverse reactions of the treatment of chronic gastritis(syndrome of phlegm and retained fluid stagnated in stomach)with Waitai Fuling Decoction,the results show that the improvement of TCM clinical syndromes in the treatment group is obviously better than that in the control group(P < 0.05),and there is a significant difference in the total score of TCM syndromesbetween the two groups(t=-2.139,P < 0.05),indicating that the influence of Waitai Fuling Decoction on TCM syndromes is obviously better than that in the control group.The total effective rate of TCM syndromes in the treatment group was 88.89%,while that in the control group was 77.78%.through rank sum test,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(Z=-2.643,P < 0.05),indicating that the treatment group can better improve the overall symptoms than the control group.In terms of the clearance effect of helicobacter pylori,the relative ratio between the treatment group and the control group(P > 0.05)shows that there is no significant difference in the clearance treatment of helicobacter pylori between the two groups,indicating that the treatment group and the control group are equally effective in the clearance of helicobacter pylori.In the whole clinical study,no adverse reactions occurred in the two groups of patients,indicating that both groups of drugs have good safety in the treatment of chronic gastritis(syndrome of phlegm and retained fluid stagnated in stomach).Conclusion:Clinical research shows that both the treatment group and the control group can eliminate or improve the clinical symptoms of the patients without adverse reactions,but the treatment group has better curative effect.This subject adopts scientific and effective methods to prove that Waitai Fuling Decoction is an effective prescription for chronic gastritis(syndrome of phlegm and retained fluid stagnated in stomach)and has clinical significance.
