Objective: Analysis of the effect of integrating family-based rehabilitation management mode into institutional medicine for patients with acute recovery of ischemic stroke.Close the connection between the rehabilitation services in hospitals and the family community rehabilitation services. Methods: 80 patients with acute stroke were randomly divided into two groups: group A: experimental group(family members participated in rehabilitation management mode and drug therapy);B control group(simple drug therapy). The patients in the two groups received rehabilitation assessment at 1 day,5 days after admission, discharge and 1 month after discharge[Self-rating Depression Scale,Self-rating Anxiety Scale,Cognitive Abilities Screening Instrument, informant questionnaire on cognitive decline in the elderly,Berg Balance Scale, motor assessment scale].By comparing the results of rehabilitation evaluation between the two groups, the effect of family involvement in rehabilitation management on the recovery of functional disorders in patients with acute stroke was analyzed. To provide theoretical and practical basis for early community rehabilitation of acute stroke patients.Results:(1)By comparing the scores of the two groups of patients on the first day of enrollment,on the fifth day of enrollment and at the time of discharge. On the 1st day, there was no significant difference in the data between the two groups(P > 0.05),indicating that the baseline data of the two groups were comparable. After correcting the degree of freedom with Greenhouse-Geisser method,we got the SDS scale,SAS scale,CASI scale,IQCODE scale and Berg scale at each time point after correcting the degree of freedom of the two groups of patients at different time points. There was significant difference in MAS scores(P < 0.01).There was no significant difference in the scores of SDS,SAS,CASI and IQCODE between groups. There was a significant difference in the scores of Berg and MAS between the two groups(P < 0 05).According to the variance analysis between the two groups, the differences of CASI,BBS and MAS between the two groups were statistically significant, and the test group was higher than the control group. The results showed that the improvement of anxiety and depression of the patients with acute convalescent ischemic stroke during hospitalization was not significantly different from that of the drug treatment group by "family rehabilitation management mode",and that there was no significant difference between the two groups. At the time of discharge, the cognitive function of early stroke in the experimental group was improved obviously, but there was no significant difference in cognitive function between the two groups through evaluated by others. The balance and motor function improvement of stroke patients in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the drug treatment group.(2)The results showed that the MAS score,CASI score and BBS score were positively correlated after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion: "Family Rehabilitation Management Model" is beneficial to the improvement of Cognitive function,Motor function and balance function in patients with Acute convalescent Ischemic Stroke.Improving the awareness rate of stroke patients and their families about the cognitive impairment of stroke after stroke.Early intervention in stroke is beneficial to the reconstruction of balance function and limb motor function of stroke patients. The integration of the idea of community rehabilitation in early institutions can promote the close connection between the rehabilitation service mode in hospital institutions and the family community rehabilitation service mode.
