Research On The Application Of PPP Financing In China’s Medical And Health Industry

So far,the difficult medical services and expensive medical cost has become a hot issue widespread all over the country.The level of medical and health service not only impacts on people’s quality of life,but also concerns the stability and development in today’s society.In recent years,government successively promulgated relevant policy to develop our country’s medical and health undertakings,enable it to better service for the masses,improve the health status of social members.But insufficient supply of medical resources and lacking of funding in medical institutions become the major problems hindering its development.After new reform implementation,government departments and the public put forward higher requirements and expectations to the health service in China.So broaden the financing channels and the innovation of hospital s old management mode becomes the key to medical system reform,which is inevitable for the development of medical enterprise in China.With the success use of the PPP financing mode in foreign countries,many experts and scholars in our country started to explore the feasibility to use public-private partnerships to develop China’s medical and health undertakings.Although there is no lack of foreign advanced research results previously,how to combine the PPP financing model with the concrete practice of our country and the real background of medical field,there is still a long way to go.This paper mainly studies the application of PPP financing model in China’s medical and health industry.This paper hopes that people can explore the role of non-governmental forces in health care services through the discussion of this issue.So that it can provide a possible way of thinking to change the health system,help the government to broaden the financing channels in the medical and health sector,solve the problem of medical and health funding,innovate hospital management and improve the level of medical service.For the financing problem in the field of health care,on the basis of previous studies,by using existing theories and research methods,through diagrams,tables,and other auxiliary tools,this paper demonstrated that the PPP financing model played an important role in the field of medical and health.Through the theoretical research and the analysis of general situation and cases about PPP financing model,this paper put forward the possible dilemma of PPP financing in China’s medical industry and summed up the experience worth learning from.This paper hope to explore the development of our country medical service level more possible through the study of the PPP financing mode in order to provide a better health service for the masses.
