| Objective:The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between the positive expression of B-cell activating factor receptor and the clinical factors of triple negative breast cancer patients,and the relationship between the positive expression of B-cell activating factor receptor and the prognosis of triple negative breast cancer patients by retrospective analysis of 56 cases of breast cancer patients with triple negative breast cancer.In order to provide the clinical application of the new triple negative breast cancer prognostic prediction of molecular biological indicators.Methods:Collected and sorted:Binzhou medical university affiliated hospital,from January 2011 to June 2015,diagnosed as breast cancer by routine pathology,and classified as TNBC(ER-,PR-,HER2-)case data.Inclusion and exclusion criteria:all patients were female,patient data was complete,no other tumor history,no radiotherapy and chemotherapy were performed before surgery.According to the triple negative breast cancer specimens wax and carcinoma specimens by wax blocks are divided into two groups,one group(triple negative breast cancer)in 56 cases,carcinoma specimens by wax block 30 cases as control(the microscopic structure is normal,no tumor and inflammation,and so on and so forth).Two groups of line immunohistochemical detection respectively,observe the B-cell activating factor receptor by triple negative breast cancer and cancer of semi-quantitative expression of live,and will be in the two groups of specimens of B-cell activating factor receptor expression positive rate do statistical analysis,and a retrospective analysis of B-cell activating factor receptor expression and relationship between clinical factors and prognosis of triple negative breast cancer.Results:1.In the triple negative breast cancer tissue primary tumors and normal tissue adjacent to carcinoma,B-cell activating factor receptor in triple negative breast cancer group expression positive rate is 69.60%,in normal tissue adjacent to carcinoma expression positive rate is 13.30%.Statistical analysis showed that the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.001).2.Triple negative breast cancer tissues in 56 cases,B-cell activating factor receptor positive expression and age of the patients(P = 0.961)and whether with axillary lymph node metastasis(P = 0.3)has no obvious relation,but its positive expression and TNM staging(P = 0.002,P<0.002)and tumor size(P = 0.013,P<0.05)has significant negative correlation.3.Using kaplan-meier method to draw the total survival curve,the log-rank test showed that the difference was statistically significant(P=0.036,P<0.05).In this topic,B-cell activating factor receptor expression group and the group B-cell activating factor receptor negative expression of five year overall survival rates were 93.8%and 69.6%,respectively,B-cell activating factor receptor positive expression of group five years overall survival is significantly higher than group B-cell activating factor receptor negative expression.Conclusion:1.B-cell activating factor receptor expression and negatively correlated with TNM stage,tumor size,hints of B-cell activating factor receptor positive expression may prompt to triple negative breast cancer progression.2.Through the survival analysis,B-cell activating factor receptor positive expression in triple negative breast cancer patients survival prognosis is good,if it could be triple negative breast cancer prognosis prediction of molecular biomarker still need further study. |
