Objective To explore the characteristics of coronary angiography and related risk factors in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with acute myocardial infarction.Method From January 2017 to December 2017,411 patients with acute myocardial infarction hospitalized in the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University were selected, among them 345 were male and 66 were female, aged from 27 to 93 years old and average was 59.44±11.49.300 cases without type 2 diabetes mellitus composed NDM group, while the rest 111 cases with type 2 diabetes mellitus as DM group.Clinical data, coronary angiographic findings and risk factors of coronary artery disease were retrospectively collected and compared between the two groups. To explore the effect of type 2 diabetes mellitus and other risk factors on coronary artery lesions in patients with acute myocardial infarction.Result(1)The level of uric acid in DM group was significantly lower than that in NDM group(P<0.05).Smoking rate in DM group was lower than that in NDM group(P<0.05).In DM group the proportion of hypertension and STMEI,body mass index(BMI)and dyslipidemia were of no significant difference compared to NDM group(P>0.05).(2)There were no significant difference in the proportion of single and double vessel disease between DM group and NDM group(P>0.05),while the number of triple vessel disease and diffuse stenosis lesions in DM group were greater than those in NDM group(P<0.05).(3)Both the number of disease vessels and diffuse lesions of coronary artery were not statistically different between normal glycosylated hemoglobin group and elevated group(P>0.05).Conclusion The clinical characteristic of Coronary artery lesions in type 2 diabetes mellitus patients complicated with acute myocardial infarction are mainly present as triple vessel and diffuse diseases, and the uric acid level is lower than that in AMI patients without type 2 diabetes mellitus.
