Objective:To treat psoriasis vulgaris with modified huanglian detoxification decoction.PASI and quality of life scores before and after treatment were recorded,cytokines were observed,and the efficacy was evaluated.SKH-1 hairless mice were used to observe the effects of different doses of flavored-huanglian detoxification decoction on immune cells and cytokines,and to explore its therapeutic mechanism.Methods:66 patients with blood heat syndrome of psoriasis vulgaris were randomly divided into the treatment group(modified huanglian jiedu decoction)and the control group(xiaoyin granules).All of them were treated with gold wanhong ointment and caporal triol ointment outside the hospital.The treatment course was 6weeks.PASI,quality of life score,serum cytokines IL-17,IL-6,IL-10,TGF-b1,IFN-gwere compared before and after treatment in the two groups,and adverse reactions and recurrence rates were recorded to evaluate the efficacy of the two groups.SKH-1 hairless mice were divided into normal group,model group,xiaoyin granule group,avira group,flavored-huanglian jiedu decoction high,medium and low dose groups,and were treated accordingly.Blood samples and samples were collected on 12th days.Observe the change of skin lesions and pathological morphology;The level of GM-CSF,IFN-g,IL-9,IL-10 and IL-17 in serum of mice were detected by ELISA,and the positive rate of CD4 cells,CD8 cells and CDllc cells in spleen were detected by flow cytology.Results:After treatment,PASI and quality of life scores of the two groups decreased significantly,and there was no statistical significance between the two groups.The effective rates in the treatment group and the control group were 93.3%and 80%respectively,and the recurrence rates were 6.7%and 20%respectively.The contents of IL-17,IL-6,TGF-b1,IFN-gin both groups were significantly down-regulated,while the contents of IL-10 were up-regulated.There was no statistical significance between the two groups.There were no obvious adverse reactions in both groups.Flavoured huanglian detoxification decoction can improve the skin lesions of mice,up-regulate the levels of IL-10 and CD4~+T,and down-regulate the levels of IL-17,GM-CSF,IFN-g,IL-9,CD8~+T and CD11c~+.Conclusion:Modified huanglian detoxification decoction is effective in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris,which may be related to the regulation of immune cells and cytokines. |
