| ObjectiveColor Doppler ultrasonography was used to detect hepatic portal hemodynamic changes before and after treatment with doxofylline in patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. To analyze the effect of doxofylline on hepatic portal hemodynamics. The effect of soophylline on liver functionMethods50 patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(AECOPD)admitted to our hospital from 2017 to 2018,including 29 males and 21 females, aged 50-66 years,mean(57±4)years old After entering our department,we first performed lung function tests, and grouped according to the severity of airflow limitation and ABCD comprehensive assessment. All patients were normal liver function and no history of liver disease and signs. There are no recent medications that may affect blood flow. The eligible patients were enrolled in the color Doppler ultrasound system to measure the hepatic portal vein diameter(Dpv)and the mean portal vein velocity(Vmean). The data was substituted into the formula(QPV=π×(Dpv/2)2 x Vmean x 60)Calculate portal blood flow(Qpv). Then, first administration of doxofylline injection was used to treat asthma. After the application of doxofylline, the hepatic portal vein diameter(Dpv)and mean portal vein velocity(Vmean)were measured again. The data were recorded to calculate portal vein blood flow(Qpv).).After collecting the data, continue to routinely give controlled oxygen therapy,anti-infective,phlegm,asthma and other conventional treatment. The collected data were statistically analyzed to compare the changes in hepatic portal vein diameter(Dpv),portal mean blood flow velocity(Vmean),and portal vein blood flow(Qpv)before and after administration.Results1.By comparing the hepatic portal vein diameter(Dpv),hepatic portal vein blood flow velocity(Vmean),and hepatic blood flow(Qpv)before and after treatment in all patients. The posterior hepatic portal vein diameter(Dpv)was found to decrease, but P>0.05,no statistical difference;the mean blood flow velocity(Vmean)of the portal vein increased after administration, and P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant;Portal vein blood flow(Qpv)was increased compared with before administration, but P>0.05,no statistical difference.2.Compare the changes of hepatic portal vein diameter(Dpv),hepatic portal vein blood flow velocity(Vmean),and hepatic blood flow(Qpv)before and after medication in patients with different airflow limitation severity. The hepatic portal vein diameter(Dpv),portal mean blood flow velocity(Vmean),and portal venous blood flow(Qpv)were increased after treatment in patients with GOLD grade I,but there was no statistical difference, but P>0.05.In patients with GOLD class II,the diameter of the portal vein(Dpv)was decreased after the use,but P>0.05,there was no statistical difference;the mean blood flow velocity(Vmean)of the portal vein increased after administration, and P<0.05.The difference was statistically significant;portal vein blood flow(Qpv)was increased compared with before administration, but P>0.05,no statistical difference.3.Compare the changes of hepatic portal vein diameter(Dpv),hepatic portal vein blood flow velocity(Vmean),and hepatic blood flow(Qpv)before and after medication for patients with different severity. In group B,the hepatic portal vein diameter(Dpv)was decreased after treatment, but P>0.05,there was no statistical difference;the mean portal vein velocity(Vmean)increased after administration, and P<0.05 The difference was statistically significant;portal vein blood flow(Qpv)was increased compared with before administration, but P>0.05,no statistical difference. In the C group, the posterior hepatic portal vein diameter(Dpv),portal mean blood flow velocity(Vmean),and portal vein blood flow(Qpv)were increased compared with those before administration, but P>0.05,no statistical differenceConclusionsIn patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, the mean blood flow velocity of the portal vein is accelerated and the hepatic portal vein blood flow is increased. It is possible to improve liver function. |
