ObjectiveTo investigate the relationship between Syntax Scores and ApoB/ApoA1 Ratio and its value on prognosis of patients following Percutaneous Coronary Intervention.MethodsA analysis of 396 patients who diagnosed with major adverse cardiovascular events(MACE)and underwent percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI)from 2013 to 2014 in our hospital cardiology ward for five years.SYNTAX and SYNTAX II scores were calculated according to the relevant blood biochemical tests and coronary angiography. The patients were divided into low-risk,medium-risk and high-risk groups according to the scores. The clinical characteristics, the incidence of MACE events and EQ-5D score of all groups at each time point were compared, and the predictive factors of the incidence of MACE event at each time point were analyzed.Results1.High-risk groups of SYNTAX score and SYNTAX II showed higher ApoB/ApoA1 ratio compared with other groups, and the difference was statistically significant(p=0.023,p=0.044).2.The incidence of one-year,three-years and five-years MACE events in high-risk group of SYNTAX II score were significantly increased(p = 0.011,P =0.023,P = 0.021).3.The incidence of MACE eventsin high-risk group of SYNTAX II score were more than those in low-riskgroupfor five-years study(p= 0.038),with the significant raise of Cardiovascular mortality for one year,3 years and five years(p=0.012,p=0.009,p=0.025).4.The EQ-5D scores in all groups showed the lowest baseline, the highest in one year and the decreased trend in five years. The high-risk group of SYNTAX II showed lower EQ-5D scores than those in low-and medium-risk groups(p=0.001).5.Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that ApoB/ ApoA1 ratiowas the independent risk factor ofincidence of five-years MACE events(OR=0.070,95%CI: 0.006~0.791,p=0.032;OR=0.221,95% CI: 0.065~0.751,p=0.016),SYNTAX score was the independent risk factor of incidence of one-year MACE events(medium-risk group:OR=2.124,95%CI:1.124~4.013,p=0.02;high-risk group:OR=9.558,95%CI:1.552~58.865,p=0.015),SYNTAX II score was the independent risk factor of incidence of five-years MACE events(OR=3.040,95%CI:1.420~6.507,p=0.004).ConclusionSYNTAXscoring were helpful in short-term prognosis of CHD with PCI,and SYNTAXIIscoring were meaningful in long-term prognosis of CHD with PCI.High ApoB/ApoA1 ratio patients with high-risk of SYNTAX II score need more attention in long-term clinical administration.
