Clinical Observation On The Protective Effect Of Qikui Granules Combined With Huangkui Capsule On Kidney In Patients With DKD

Objective:To observe the effects of Qikui granules combined with Huangkui capsule on renal function,proteinuria and metabolic indexes in patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy,evaluate its clinical efficacy and safety,and provide a better treatment strategy for clinical treatment.Method:A randomized,controlled study was conducted in which 75 patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy were randomly assigned to 25 patients in the group consisting of Qikui granules group,Huangkui capsule group,Qikui granules combined with Huangkui capsule group.Treatment plan:All the three groups were given basic metabolic control.The Qikui granules group was given 10 g oral tid for the composition of the Qikui granules,and the Huangkui capsule group was given 5 capsules of oral medicinal tid.The Qikui granules combined with Huangkui capsule group was treated with Qikui granules combined with Huangkui Capsule.The course of treatment is 6 months.Observed blood glucose,HbAlc,blood lipids,blood pressure,urea(BUN),creatinine(SCr),cystatin C(CysC),urine ACR,UTP,blood routine and other indicators before and after treatment.Result:(1)After treatment,ACT and UTP in urine of the three groups decreased compared with those before treatment,with statistical significance(P<0.05);After treatment,the levels of ACR and UTP in Qikui granules combined with Huangkui capsule group were lower than those in Qikui granules group and Huangkui capsule group(P<0.05).(2)The total effective rate of Qikui granules group,Huangkui capsule group,Qikui granules combined with Huangkui capsule group,Qikui granules combined with Huangkui capsule group were better than Qikui granules group and Huangkui capsule group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)Therewas no significant difference in renal function,blood sugar,blood pressure and blood lipid between the three groups after treatment compared with those before treatment(P>0.05),and there was no significant difference between the three groups after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion:Qikui Granules combined with Huangkui Capsule can significantly reduce the level of urinary protein in patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy,play a role in renal protection,and the curative effect is better than that of single drug treatment.
