Analysis Of Core Prescriptions Of Non-erosive Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease Based On Data Mining

Objective:The data mining technology was used to analyze and explore the core prescriptions of non-erosive reflux disease and the compatibility changes of prescriptions with different syndromes,so as to provide reference for the clinical treatment of non-erosive reflux disease.Research methods:Data such as information,main sy'mptoms,secondary symptoms,tongue and vein,syndrome and traditional Chinese medicine were input into Microsoft office Excel 2013 for preservation,and basic data preprocessing was conducted for 302 patients with non-erosive gastroesophageal reflux disease who met the inclusion criteria in the department of spleen and stomach of jiangsu hospital of traditional Chinese medicine.Research results:The ratio of male to female in 302 patients was 1:1.19.The age of onset of male patients was relatively dispersed*while the age of onset of female patients was relatively concentrated.Gastroscopic manifestations were mainly chronic gastritis(54.6%)and chronic gastritis with erosion(38.4%).Hp infection was low,accounting for 25.8%.Intestinal metaplasia was found in 36.1%of the patients,and gland atrophy was found in 33.4%of the patients.The frequency of clinical symptoms is from high to low:Reflux(69.21%),heartburn(59.64%),gas(52.65%),dry mouth(30.79%),abdominal distension(28.81%),cold(28.81%),sleep soundly Clinton(28.15%),pharynx vision sense(25.50%),loose stools(23.51%),pain(22.52%),upper abdominal pain(17.22%),o(12.91%),stool stem node(10.93%),retrosternal pain(10.93%),insomnia(7.95%),and your breath sores(7.95%),pain(6.95%),the mouth(5.96%),etc.Through data mining,it was found that the core prescriptions for the treatment of NERD were coptis chinensis,evodia officinalis,pericarpium pericarpii,cuttlefish bone,fructus aurantii,orange peel,poria cocos,atractorum,codonopsis,radix codonopsis,radix glycyrrhizae.radix corydalis,radix cotydalis,radix corydalis.It is inferred that the core formula is zuo jin wan,lian su Yin he liu junzi tang plus or minus.T he core drug pairs were as follows:rhizoma coptidis-evodia-pericarpium stem,orange peel-poria-atractylodes-radix codonopsis-processed liquorice and the above core drug pair-wise combination.Conclusion:Non-erosive gastroesophageal reflux disease(NERD)is mainly caused by the reverse of gastric qi and the descending of stomach,with deficiency of endowment and weakness of spleen and stomach as the pathological basis.The core prescriptions are rhizoma coptidis,evodia officinalis,fructus pericarpii,fructus aurantii,radix discoloris discoloris,radix atractylodis.codonopsis codonopsis,poria,tangerine peel and processed liquorice for invigorating qi and strengthening spleen.The location of the disease in the stomach,esophagus,but the incidence of liver,spleen,lung,heart and other viscera closely related.Therefore,the treatment should not only seize the main disease,heat and stomach,and treatment for this,spleen and qi,but also give consideration to the secondary disease,the treatment of the viscera.And the mouth bitter,chest pain when the liver heat;And pharyngeal paresthesia when heat runfei;And tongue burning,ulcers,insomnia when qingxinxie fire;And diarrhea,stomach ruffians when spleen tonic qi.Objective to reflect some treatment of non-erosive gastroesophageal reflux disease prescription and drug use of the law and characteristics,and the previous knowledge of traditional Chinese medicine and clinical experience in a certain degree of confonnity.
