Objective: Due to the low incidence of ovarian transparent cell carcinoma,it is relatively rare in ovarian malignant tumors. This study retrospectively analyzed the clinical characteristics and prognostic survival of 40 cases with ovarian clear cell carcinoma with complete clinical data, and explored the clinical characteristics and prognostic factors of ovarian clear cell carcinoma. Methods: Collect the clinical data of 43 patients with ovarian clear cell carcinoma of hospital affiliated to medical college of obstetrics and gynecology in January1,2010-June30,2017,patients or their families were followed up by telephone or text messages and outpatient visits,Retrospective analysis of the clinical data and survival status of 40 cases of ovarian clear cell carcinoma with complete follow-up data.Kaplan-meier curve and Logrank test were used for survival analysis of ovarian clear cell carcinoma.Cox regression analysis model was used to screen independent factors affecting ovarian clear cell carcinoma. Results: 1)From January 1,2010 to June 30,2017,a total of 43 patients from hospital affiliated to anhui medical university received surgical treatment and were pathologically diagnosed as ovarian clear cell carcinoma. There were 40 cases with complete follow-up data, and the follow-up rate was 93.02%.2)the median onset age of ovarian clear cell carcinoma was 46,there are no obvious characteristics of early and late stage, the early stage accounted for 47.50%(Ⅰ period accounted for 42.50%,5.00% Ⅱ period),late stage accounted for 52.50%(Ⅲ period accounted for 42.50%,Ⅳ accounted for 10.00%);27.50%(11/40)of the cases were associated with endometriosis;3)the effects of FIGO stage, satisfactory tumor reduction, endometriosis, lymph node metastasis, bilateral ovarian invasion, and the number of chemotherapy cycles on the survival time of patients were statistically different.4)preoperative serum ca-125 level, age, menstrual status, preoperative ultrasound tumor size, combined with malignant ascites, chemotherapy regimen had no statistically significant difference in survival time;5)satisfactory tumor reduction surgery, bilateral ovarian invasion and FIGO staging were independent factors affecting the prognosis. Conclusions: ovarian clear cell carcinoma has no obvious clinical features, preoperative serum CA125 level status, age, menstrual, preoperative ultrasound, tumor size, the influence of postoperative chemotherapy scheme for survival without statistical significance,FIGO staging, reduce tumor surgery and chemotherapy with early cycle is independent impact factors affecting the prognosis of ovarian clear cell carcinoma, can significantly improve the prognosis of ovarian clear cell carcinoma patients.so how can be found as early as possible before surgery, early diagnosis, early treatment, intraoperative as possible satisfaction reduced tumor and postoperative supplemented by normalized full cycle of chemotherapy is the key to improvement of prognosis of ovarian clear cell carcinoma.
