| Objective:To investigate the risk factors of acute kidney disease(AKI)after off-pump Coronary artery bypass grafting(OPCABG).Methods:The clinical data of the patients with OPCABG in our hospital from April 2017 to April 2018 were retrospectively studied.Screening for relevant literature may influence factors that may cause AKI after OPCABG.According to whether AKI occurred after operation, the patients were divided into two groups: AKI group(n=79)and non-AKI group(n=180).Univariate analysis was performed on the variables related to postoperative AKI in the two groups.Logistic regression analysis of variables with P<0.05 showed independent risk factors for AKI after OPCABG.Results:A total of 259 patients with complete clinical data were included in the study. The incidence of postoperative AKI was 305.5%(79/259)in 259 patients.Univariate analysis showed that AKI was associated with age, body mass index(BMI),cerebrovascular disease, preoperative uric acid value, and operation time after OPCABG(P<0.05).Multivariate regression analysis showed age(OR=1.050,95% CI: 1.008-1.094,P=0.019),BMI(OR=1.102,95%CI:1.006-1.207,P=0.036),preoperative uric acid(OR=1.003,95%CI: 1.000-1.007,P=0.046),preoperative creatinine(OR=1.021,95%CI: 1.004-1.039,P=0.016),operative time(OR=1.552,95% CI: 1.162-2.073,P=0.003)is an independent risk factor for concurrent AKI after OPCABG.Conclusion:Age、BMI、preoperative uric acid, preoperative creatinine, and operative time were independent risk factors for AKI after OPCABG.For elderly patients with high body mass index, attention should be paid to the protection of renal function, improvement of preoperative uric acid and creatinine levels, and shortening of operation time when conditions permit, which may reduce the occurrence of postoperative AKI. |
