Objective To investigate the effects of different factors on pelvic floor function and the effect of biofeedback therapy on postoperative pelvic floor rehabilitation. Methods: A study was conducted between January 2017 and May 2018 in this medical institution where the pelvic floor muscle strength changes after birth and was divided into four groups for treatment.Group A was given simple electrical stimulation, and group B was given simple kegel training. The group C gave oral guidance to kegel to exercise at home, and group D gave electrical stimulation + Kegel exercise. In the outpatient rehabilitation training,Kegel exercise 30 min / time, electrical stimulation 15 min / time, once a day,2-3 times a week.At home self-exercise patients daily telephone supervision, pelvic floor muscle training for 15 min,two times a day after two courses of treatment to re-evaluate the pelvic floor muscle strength of the four groups of patients, while recording and analysis of possible risk factors. Results: The second stage of labor, fetal biparietal diameter, fetal weight, and mother height were negatively correlated with fast muscle(P<0.05),second stage of labor, fetal biparietal diameter, fetal weight, and pre-pregnancy weight were negatively correlated with slow muscle(P <0.05).After two courses of treatment, the maximum mean value of fast muscle in group B and C was smaller than that in group A and group D,and there was no statistical difference between group B and group C,group A and group D.The comparison of 10 s slow muscle strength was: group D > group A > B / C group, there was no statistical difference between group B and group C.Conclude:From the treatment results of group A and group B,the effect of simple electrical stimulation treatment is better than that of simple Kegel exercise. From thetreatment results of Group B and Group C,outpatient supervision and telephone supervision are beneficial to the treatment of patients. From the treatment results of group A and group D,there was no statistically significant difference between simple electrical stimulation and Kegel exercise combined with electrical stimulation in the treatment of fast muscle.
