ObjectiveThis paper discusses the introduction of quality control circle in the midwife’s internship teaching activities to improve the quality of teaching,and provides an innovative method for the practical teaching of obstetrics.At the same time,it provides reference for the practical teaching mode of various disciplines.MethodsEighty-four midwifery interns who entered the department’s rotation internship within two years after the development of the production room management circle activities were selected as experimental subjects,and divided into experimental group and control group,with 42 people in each group.The experimental group adopted the teaching mode of integrating daily teaching into the quality control circle.The control group adopted the traditional one-on-one teaching mode based on lectures to compare the learning effects of the two groups of interns.1.Kirkpatrick Model:After the internship,the first three levels of the Koch’s four-level training evaluation model method,namely,the reaction layer,the learning layer,and the behavior layer,are used to objectively and scientifically evaluate the teaching effect.2.Questionnaire method:This topic is based on 84 midwifery interns and service maternity groups.The questionnaires are distributed respectively.The questionnaires include the interns’ teaching plans,clinical teachers,and internships.Satisfaction in the environment,teaching form content,assessment and evaluation.The content of the behavioral layer assessment questionnaire is mainly for the satisfaction evaluation of the maternal service quality of the interns.3.Statistical analysis method:The reliability and validity of the response layer assessment questionnaire and behavioral layer assessment questionnaire were tested by Cronbacha coefficient,split-half reliability Spearman-Brown split-half coefficient and content validity index.SPSS22.0 statistical software was used for data analysis.Because the sample size was<100,and the test level=0.05,the Mann-Whitney U test was used to compare the two groups of grade data and the scores of the subjects.<0.05 was considered statistically significant.ResultsAfter the internship,the three levels of the Kirkpatrick model were used to evaluate the teaching effect.1.The reaction layer was evaluated through five aspects:teaching plan,teacher resources,internship environment,teaching form and content,and appraisal evaluation.It was found that the satisfaction of the experimental group’s teaching plan and teaching form evaluation was significantly higher than that of the control group;2.The learning level was evaluated through theoretical test scores,skill test scores and overall nursing assessments.It was found that the three results of the internship group were significantly higher than those of the control group;3.The behavioral level was evaluated by the satisfaction of the client.It was found that the maternal evaluation of the satisfaction of the experimental group in terms of skilled operation,active service and mission was significantly higher than that of the control group.The difference in the above evaluation results was statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionThe quality control circle teaching mode helps to improve the quality of midwife internship teaching and improve the satisfaction of service subjects.It is effective for midwife internship teaching.The quality control circle teaching mode focuses on formulating effective countermeasures and transforming into a small-scale specityication for the specialists.The PDCA cycle reciprocates,continuously improves and perfects the teaching methods,promotes and applies the valid methods after testing,and builds learning exchanges for teachers and students.The platfonn,experience the true meaning of "teaching,and "learning",transform the traditional passive teaching mode into a teaching mode of teachers and students,and promote the level and enthusiasm of teachers,while enhancing service awareness and improving the quality of care.It also plays a role in cultivating management talents and can be promoted and applied in practice teaching.
