ObjectiveThe purpose of this research was to evaluate the incidence of postpartum urinary incontinence, then to analyze its effect factors to intervene in high-risk population,to prevent and reduce the incidence of urinary incontinence;furthermore,to provide theoretical basis for early treatment and nursing of medical staff for urinary incontinence.MethodsThe study applied convenience sampling method to select the sample.933 females with postpartum pelvic floor strength who were from Women’s and Children’s Hospital of Jinzhou from November 2017 to March 2018.Investigated by questionnaires which are consists of General Demographic Questionnaire,International Urinary Incontinence Committee Urinary Incontinence Questionnaire,Edinburgh Postpartum Depression Scale.Finally,1027 questionnaires were granted and 933 questionnaires were obtained. The effective recovery rate was 90.8%.The data were analyzed by the SPSS 22.0statistical software and P<0.05 was considered significant in statistics.Descriptive statistical analysis was used to analyze the incidence of urinary incontinence. The chi-square test or fisher exact test were used to analyze thesingle factor influencing urinary incontinence, multivariate analysis was performed by non-conditional Logistic regression;pearson analysis of the relationship between urinary incontinence and postpartum depression.Results1 、 In total,215 out of 933(23.0%)postpartum women met the urinary incontinence,in which 71.2%(152/215)were mild,24.7%(53/215)were moderate and 4.2%(9/215)were severe urinary incontinence.Postpartum urinary incontinence is mainly stress urinary incontinence.2 、 There was a positive correlation between postpartum urinary incontinence and postpartum depression.3、The result of single factor analysis showed that age,pre-pregnancy body mass index, weight gain during pregnancy, constipation, cough, urinary incontinence during pregnancy, pelvic floor muscle training during pregnancy, delivery mode, neonatal weight, numbers of pregnancy, typeⅠmuscle strength, typeⅡmuscle strength and postpartum depression were associated with postpartum urinary incontinence. The difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).4 、 Multivariate analysis showed that age, delivery mode, constipation, weight gain during pregnancy, typeⅡmuscle strength and neonatal birth weight were the main factors affecting postpartum urinary incontinence.Conclusions1 、 The incidence of postpartum urinary incontinence(23.0%)was higher than that of the Norm Model(21.9%),The intervention of high risk population should be strengthened in order to the incidence of urinary incontinence.2 、 It is suggested that women who are reexamined after delivery should carry out routine screening of postpartum depression and timely intervention to reduce the adverse psychological problems of parturients.3、Postpartum urinary incontinence is associated with a variety of factors, including age,pre-pregnancy body mass index, weight gain during pregnancy, constipation, cough, pregnant urinary incontinence, pelvic floor muscle training during pregnancy, delivery mode, neonatal weight, numbers of pregnancy, typeⅠmuscle strength, typeⅡmuscle strength and postpartum depression.Age,weight gain during pregnancy, constipation, delivery mode, newborn birth weight, type II muscle strength were the main effect factors.4 、 The detection pelvic floor muscle strength can be detected early by detecting pelvic floor muscle strength. It is necessary to carry out regular pelvic floor muscle test on postnatal women to prevent and reduce the occurrence of postpartum urinary incontinence and improve the quality of life.
