| Objective:This subject is about professor niu chunfeng’s application of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer.This project sorted out professor niu chunfeng’s experience in the clinical use of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer,so as to provide a clinical reference for the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer with traditional Chinese medicine,and provide ideas for future clinical use and academic research.Methods:The subjects of the study were patients with advanced NSCLC.From January 2014 to December 2018,the cases of patients with advanced NSCLC in the tumor hematology department and outpatient department of the affiliated hospital of changchun university of Chinese medicine were collected to summarize the clinical experience and medication law of professor niu chunfeng,the tutor,in the treatment of advanced NSCLC.Results:In the 224 cases of advanced non-small cell lung cancer collected,the ratio of male to female incidence was about 1.2:1.Of single taste traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in traditional Chinese medicine prescription according to the order from high to low frequency,a frequency in more than 70 times,a total of 19 taste(astragalus,codonopsis,atractylodes,tuckahoe,liquorice,pinellia,dried tangerine or orange peel,coastal glehnia root,dwarf lilyturf,unibract fritillary bulb,platycodon grandiflorum,notoginseng,Chinese angelica,barbed skullcap herb,spreading hedyotis herb,phlegm,radix stemonae,zhejiang fritillary,semen coicis).Chinese traditional medicine prescription according to the drug efficacy of frequency statistics,from high to low in turn to tonify deficiency,phlegm cough medicine antiasthmatic,clear heat,promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis drugs,sedative medicine,water moisture penetration medicine,qi,nourish,wet pills,hemostatic,astringent,xiaoshi drugs,flat liver XiFeng medicine,diarrhea remedy to the case,in medicine,(medicine,begin to understand medicine,insect repellent.A total of 224 cases of advanced non-small cell lung cancer were involved in four syndromes,namely syndrome of deficiency and toxin junction,syndrome of deficiency of qi and Yin,syndrome of Yin deficiency and heat toxin,and syndrome of phlegm-dampness accumulation of lung,amongwhich syndrome of deficiency and toxin junction accounted for the highest proportion.In the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer,professor niu’s core drugs are astragalus membranaceus,codonopsis pilosula,atractylodes macrocephala,poria,liquorice,pinellia ternata,orange peel,radix astragali,fritillary bulb,radix platycodonis,radix platycodonis,radix angelicae,radix notoginseng,radix bantamae,radix ophiopogonis,radix aster,baibu,coix seed,fritillaria thunbergii,etc.Conclusion:Cattle spring breeze,says professor advanced non-small cell lung cancer etiology and pathogenesis of "is empty poison knot",is a virtual qi and Yin deficiency,two poison that phlegm and blood stasis poison knot,so the treatment is appropriate qi,phlegm and activating blood,qingrejiedu,clinical prescription medication is given priority to with tonic medicine,with qi and nourishing Yin,solid body upright,and with a cough expectorant antiasthmatic,heat of poison and promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis,etc.In clinical treatment,liujunzi decoction(dangshen instead of ginseng)and astragalus root are often used for addition and subtraction.In addition and subtraction,lung Yin deficiency,with radix ginseng,radix ophiopogonis,etc.;For those with severe cough,platycodon grandiflorum,fritillary bulb and aster were added.For those with virulence drama,banzhilian and hedyotis diffusa were added,and the products for activating blood circulation were often used during the clinical treatment by the tutor,such as panax notoginseng and angelica,etc.,which were added and subtraction according to the specific analysis of the patient’s clinical condition. |
