Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of DPN (Syndrome Of Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis,Collaterals Bi Obstruction) With The Method Of Invigorating Qi And Activating Blood Circulation

Objective:Under the guidance of the "toxic lesion collaterals" theory,this project adopts the traditional Chinese medicine internal treatment combined with western medicine to treat diabetic peripheral neuropathy(qi deficiency and blood stasis,collaterals paralysis syndrome),observe the safety and effectiveness of the test,provide new ideas and means for clinical treatment,and improve the clinical efficacy.Methods: Seventy-two patients who met the diagnostic criteria of diabetic peripheral neuropathy(qi deficiency,blood stasis,and collateralised-artery paralysis syndrome)were randomly divided into two groups: treatment group and control group.Treatment group in the control group on the basis of the addition of yiqi huoxue,jiedu tongluo yiqi huoxue elimination bi decoction.Changes of total TCM syndrome score,10 g nylon wire touch,tuning fork vibration sense,and sensory threshold measurement before and after treatment were recorded in detail,and the results of the two groups before and after treatment were compared and analyzed.4 weeks for a course of treatment,a total of 2 courses of treatment.Results:1.The total scores of TCM syndromes after treatment were compared and analyzed between the two groups,and there were significant differences between the two groups(P< 0.01)and between the two groups(P < 0.05).2.The results of measurement of 10 g nylon wire and vibration sense of tuning fork before and after treatment in the two groups were analyzed,and there were significant differences(P < 0.05).3.The comparison and analysis of CPT before and after treatment between the two groups showed significant differences within the group(all P values were < 0.05).The comparison between the two groups showed significant differences(P < 0.05),while the comparison between the left median nerve and the right median nerve showed no difference(P>0.05).4.After the analysis of the total clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 86.67%,and the total effective rate of the control group was73.33%,with significant difference(P < 0.05).In the course of this study,patients in both groups did not have adverse reactions or discomfort.Conclusion:Treating diabetic peripheral neuropathy(syndrome of qi deficiency and blood stasis,and syndrome of collaterals obstruction)with the method of invigorating qi and activating blood circulation has a significant effect,which can improve the clinical symptoms of patients,improve the sense of touch and vibration,and alleviate the lower limb nerve function decline,and there are no obvious clinical adverse reactions,which is worthy of further clinical research and promotion.
