Effects Of Different Interventional Strategies On The Prognosis Of Coronary Artery Ostium Lesions

Objective: To observe the effectiveness and safety of precise location method of stent implantation,crossover of stent implantation and drug balloon for ostial lesion of coronary artery.Methods: 60 patients,aged 35-82(65.70 10.7)years old,who visited the department of cardiology of Yijishan,the first affiliated hospital of Wannan medical college from September 2016 to September 2018 were diagnosed as ostial lesion of coronary artery,including 38 males(63.33%)and 22 females(36.67%).The patients were divided into 3 groups,A group was treated with precise location method of stent implantation,(n=20),B group was treated with crossover of stent implantation(n=22),and C group was treated with drug-eluting balloon(n=18).The major adverse cardiovascular events(MACE),target vessel revascularization and branch restenosis in the three groups were followed up,and the differences of the three surgical methods on the prognosis were compared and analyzed.Results: All the 60 patients successfully completed the interventional treatment for ostial lesion of coronary artery,and the success rate of surgery achieved 100%.During the hospitalization,no death or myocardial infarction or other major cardiac adverse events occurred in the three groups.The stent lengths in the crossover group and the precise location group were(28.18±5.14)mm and(17.90±4.42)mm,respectively,with statistical significance(P < 0.001).The incidence of postoperative MACE events of crossover group was reduced compared with that in the preciselocation group in the follow-up with statistically significant(P=0.041).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of postoperative MACE events between the stent implantation group and the drug balloon treatment group(P=0.698).Conclusion:(1)In the cases of ostial lesion,especially the anterior descending branch,the crossover is more effective than the precise location method.(2)It is a safe and effective method to treat ostial lesion of coronary artery with drug-eluting balloon.
