The Metastasis Of No.6 LymPh Node In Right Colon Cancer And Its Guiding Significance In Radical Surgery

OBJECTIVE: To investigate the clinical recurrence and 3-year survival rate of grouP 6(No.6)lymPh nodes in Patients with right colon cancer,and to investigate the metastasis of No.6 lymPh nodes in right colon cancer.And the guiding significance in the imPlementation of right colon cancer radical surgery.Methods: The clinical data of 134 Patients with right colon cancer who underwent radical resection from January 2013 to January 2016 were retrosPectively analyzed at Yanjishan HosPital of Wannan Medical College.According to whether or not the No.6 lymPh node dissection was divided into the cleaning grouP and the unswePt grouP,they were recorded as No.6+ and No.6-,resPectively.The clinical correlation factors of the No.6 lymPh node metastasis in the N0.6+ grouP were comPared,and the 3-year survival rate and recurrence rate of different right colon tumor sites were comPared.RESULTS: The metastatic rate of No.6 lymPh nodes was 15.2%.The relevant clinical factors affecting the N0.6 metastasis rate are the location of the tumor and the TNM stage.The metastasis rate of the colonic hePatic curvature reached 40%,which is obviously related.The No.6 lymPh node metastasis rate of ascending colon cancer was 5.3%,and the PostoPerative 3-year survival rate and recurrence rate were not statistically significant(P=0.919,P=0.394,resPectively).The 3-year survival rate of Patients with colonic hePatic carcinoma was not statistically significant(P=1.000),but the 3-year survival rate was statistically significant in Patients with stage IIIB/IIIC(P=0.036,P=0.027,resPectively).At the same time,the local recurrence rate was reduced(P=0.047).Conclusion: For Patients with ascending colon cancer,lymPh node dissection in the 6th grouP did not increase the 3-year survival rate and recurrence rate.LymPh node dissection in the 6th grouP was not recommended,and should be actively dissected when metastasis was susPected.The 6th grouP of lymPh nodes should be routinely dissected in Patients with cirrhotic cirrhosis.The 6th grouP of lymPh nodes dissected in Patients with clinical stage IIIB/IIIC can imProve the 3-year survival rate,while the 6th grouP of lymPh nodes can reduce the local recurrence rate in Patients with cirrhotic cirrhosis.
