Objective: Clinical observation of the treatment of Hemodialysis combined with hemoperfusion on the anemia and micro-inflammation stress in maintenance hemodialysis patients. Methods: Sixty-four patients with maintenance hemodialysis were randomly divided into two groups: pure hemodialysis group(control group)and hemodialysis combined with hemodialysis group(observation group),32 patients in each group. All patients got symptomatic treatment, including the application of sufficient recombinant human erythropoietin, oral folic acid and iron agent, correcting electrolyte disorders, such as regulating acid-base balance. In the control group, the patients had three times hemodialysis a week,4 hours every time, and the blood flow was maintained at 220-260ml/min.Sodium bicarbonate dialysis liquid was used.In the observation group the patients got two times hemodialysis and one time hemodialysis combined with hemoperfusion a week. The perfusion device was connected in series with the dialyzer, hemoperfusion lasted 2 hours, the blood flow was maintained at 180-200ml/min,and the blood flow was continued for 2 hours after hemoperfusion finished. The combined treatment continued for 3 months. The changes of hemoglobin, erythrocyte pressure, ferritin, hypersensitive c-reactive protein,interleukin-6 and tumor necrosis factor alpha were compared before and after treatment. Results: Before the treatment, the levels of hemoglobin, red blood cells deposited, ferritin, hypersensitive c-reactive protein, interleukin 6 and tumor necrosis factor alpha in two groups had no significant difference(p > 0.05),and after 3months treatment, the levels of hemoglobin, red blood cells deposited, ferritin significantly increased than that before treatment(p < 0.05),the levels of hemoglobin, red blood cells deposited, ferritin in the observation group are significantly higher than that in control group(p < 0.05);in both groups the levels of hypersensitive c-reactive protein, interleukin 6 and tumor necrosis factor alpha were significantly lower than that before treatment(p<0.05),the levels of hypersensitive c-reactiveprotein,interleukin 6 and tumor necrosis factor alpha in the observation group were significantly lower than that in control group(p < 0.05).Conclusions: Hemodialysis combined with blood perfusion can better reduce the level of micro inflammation factors, and improve the level of hemoglobin and albumin, the inflammation in patients with anemia and micro state, the quality of life of the patients and the prognosis of patients.
