Clinical Observation On 30 Cases Of Chronic Atrophic Gastritis Treated With Shugan Jianpi Recipe

Objective: The curative effect of Shugan Jianpi Fang on the TCM syndrome of chronic atrophic gastritis and its curative effect on the pathological histology were observed through a retrospective study.Method: From October 2016 to July 2018,patients with chronic atrophic gastritis who met the diagnostic criteria of liver depression and spleen deficiency were treated in the outpatient Department of traditional Chinese Medicine and Oncology,the first affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University and the first affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University in the Department of traditional Chinese Medicine Oncology,Anhui Provincial Hospital and the first affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University.30 patients were screened from the relevant criteria.All patients were treated with Shugan Jianpi recipe and followed up once a month for 3 months.Patients were required to undergo gastroscopy after 2 or 4 courses of treatment.The scores of TCM syndromes,the effective rate of TCM syndromes,gastroscopy and pathological results,and safety were counted.Results: 1.In the aspect of TCM syndrome score,there were significant improvements in stomach distension,stomachache,belching acid regurgitation,abnormal diet and stool disorder,and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.01).2.In terms of syndrome curative effect,5 cases were cured,9 cases were markedly effective,13 cases were effective and 3 cases were ineffective.The total effective rate of symptoms was 90.0%(27≤30).Compared with the total effective rate(91.1%)of 21 articles included in Meta analysis,there is no statistical difference(p>0.05).3.In terms of pathological score,as of July 2018,there were only 13 patients who underwent gastroscopy pathological examination after 2 courses of treatment according to the doctor’s orders,and the rest of the patients required 4 courses of treatment before reexamination.Shugan Jianpi recipe has a good effect on the atrophy of gastric mucosa,intestinal metaplasia,chronic inflammation and HP infection in CAG(p<0.05).4.After two courses of treatment(6 months)with Shugan Jianpi recipe,OLGA,OLGIM staging method was used to stage the inflammation of gastric mucosa,the atrophy of gastric mucosa and the degree of intestinal metaplasia,and the highest stage was taken and recorded.Improvement in 8 cases,stability in 5 cases,progress in 0 cases.Compared with the total effective rate of western medicine group(57.7%)in Meta analysis,there is no statistical difference(p>0.05).5.Among the 13 patients with pathology before and after treatment,11 cases mentioned Hp infection,including 5 cases of mild,4 cases of moderate and 2 cases of severe.After treatment with Shugan Jianpi recipe,6 cases of Hp infection were mild.Before and after treatment,9 cases were improved,2 cases were stable,0 cases were advanced,and the clearance rate of Hp was 81.8%.Compared with Hp clearance rate in Meta analysis,there was statistical difference(p<0.05).6.In terms of adverse reactions,no obvious adverse reactions were found.Conclusion: 1.There is no significant difference in the total effective rate of Shugan Jianpi recipe compared with Meta analysis,which can effectively improve the TCM syndromes of CAG patients.2.Shugan Jianpi recipe can improve the pathology and histology of CAG and promote the prognosis of CAG to a certain extent.3.Shugan Jianpi recipe can effectively eliminate Hp infection,which has obvious advantages compared with Meta analysis traditional Chinese medicine group and simple western medicine group.4.Shugan Jianpi recipe is safe and effective,and no obvious adverse reactions have been found.
