Analysis On The Influencing Factors Of Competitiveness Of Anhui Traditional Chinese Medicine Industry Based On Porter Diamond Model

Chinese medicine,was born in primitive society and has a history of more than 2500 years ago.With the rapid development of China’s economy in recent years,traditional medicine has attracted worldwide attention,and the global demand for Chinese medicine products is also increasing.Anhui Province is a big province of traditional Chinese medicine,both the number of Chinese medicine enterprises and sales of Chinese medicine are in a relatively advanced position in the country,the province has also formed a relatively complete industrial system.Although the development of traditional Chinese medicine industry in Anhui Province is strong in recent years,there are still many factors restricting the development of traditional Chinese medicine industry.Among them,the problems of non-standard pharmaceutical product standards,low added value of product science and technology,scattered distribution of pharmaceutical enterprises and small industrial scale have seriously hindered the development of Anhui traditional Chinese medicine industry.The development of traditional Chinese medicine industry in Anhui Province has been seriously hindered by the lack of a strong industrial support policy and an efficient medical and health personnel training institution.By observing the research status of industrial competitiveness in recent years,this paper analyzed the relevant research models and evaluation indicators of industrial competitiveness,and selected appropriate mathematical models and evaluation indicators to evaluate the competitiveness of Anhui traditional Chinese medicine industry more accurately.Firstly,it summarizes the current situation of Chinese medicine industry in Anhui Province,analyses the current situation of Chinese medicine industry in Anhui Province,and gives its own opinions on the development direction of Chinese medicine industry.Then,the Porter diamond model is established,and the dominant comparative advantage index,which has obvious influence on the traditional Chinese medicine industry in Anhui Province,is empirically analyzed by regression analysis based on the serialized data of the index system.The explanatory variables are planting area of medicinal materials,number of practitioners in traditional Chinese medicine industry,gross domestic product of traditional Chinese medicine industry,gross sales value of traditional Chinese medicine and gross output value of pharmaceutical industry.The trade specialization index of traditional Chinese medicine industry is taken as explanatory variable to analyze the effect of each factor.Finally,in view of the above analysis,some suggestions are put forward to enhance the competitiveness of traditional Chinese medicine industry.
