Objective: The use of "Tongluo Zhijing Recipe" combined with acupuncture to treat the early cold-type peripheral facial paralysis,with the help of facial nerve function paralysis evaluation table and H-B grading scale observation test results and efficacy judgment,while setting up acupuncture group for comparison,observe " Tongluo Zhijing Recipe combined with acupuncture to treat the clinical efficacy of the disease,and compared with the control group,to determine the advantages and disadvantages of the two methods in clinical efficacy,analysis of its mechanism of action,to provide a basis for the clinical application of this program to treat the disease.Method: 60 subjects who met the criteria were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 30 cases each.The treatment group was treated with "Tongluo Zhijing Decoction" combined with acupuncture.Acupuncture treatment once a day,30 minutes each time,6 times as a course of treatment,2 days rest between courses,a total of two courses of treatment;Chinese medicine treatment to "Shi Jin mo Dui Yao" composed of the empirical formula: "Tongluo Zhijing Fang",daily 1 dose,morning and evening,7 doses as a course of treatment,a total of two courses of treatment.This study evaluates and analyses the facial nerve function evaluation standard "Facial nerve function paralysis degree evaluation and analysis table" and H-B grading scale developed by Japan Facial Nerve Research Association to determine the clinical effect of "Tongluo Zhijing Decoction" combined with acupuncture in the treatment of early wind-cold Bell paralysis.Results:1.Both methods are effective in the treatment of early wind-cold facial neuritis.2.After treatment,there was significant difference in facial nerve function grading between the treatment group and the control group(P < 0.05),indicating that the improvement of facial function in H-B grading in the treatment group was better than that in the control group.3.At the end of the course of treatment,there was significant difference in the cumulative score of symptoms and signs between the treatment group and the control group in the evaluation and analysis table of the degree of facial paralysis(P < 0.05),indicating that the treatment group was superior to the control group in improving the comprehensive score of symptoms and signs.4.After the course of treatment,the total effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were 96.67% and 66.67%,respectively.There was a significant difference between the treatment group and the control group(P < 0.05),indicating that the clinical effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group.Conclusion: "Tongluo Zhijing Decoction" combined with acupuncture in the treatment of early wind-cold facial neuritis is significantly better than simple acupuncture therapy,"Tongluo Zhijing Decoction" in the treatment of this disease is effective.
