Clinical Observation Of Different Combinations Of Pituitrin And Oxytocin In Laparoscopic Myomectomy

Objective Thought observing the Clinical effect of different combinations of pituitrin and oxytocin in laparoscopic myomectomy to explore a combination of good efficacy and small side effects to provide a basis for clinical application.Methods Eighty patients who underwent laparoscopic uterine fibroids removal from November 2016 to December 2018 and met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into groups A and B,40 cases in each group.Group A: Pituitrin 12 U(diluted in 0.9% Nacl 20 ml)was first injected into the myometrium.After 30 minutes,oxytocin 20 U(diluted in 0.9% Nacl 500 ml,drip rate of 40 drops per minute)was intravenously administered.Group B: Pituitrin 6 U(diluted in 0.9% Nacl 20 ml)was injected into the myometrium,while intravenous oxytocin 10 U(diluted in 0.9% Nacl500 ml,the dropping rate was 40 drops per minute).Observe and compare intraoperative blood loss,intraoperative blood pressure and heart rate changes,operation time,postoperative hemoglobin decline,and postoperative complications.Results(1)There was no significant difference in the amount of intraoperative blood loss,operation time and postoperative hemoglobin between the two groups(P>0.05).(2)The systolic blood pressure at 15 min and 30 min after the use of vasopressin was significantly higher than that before administration(P<0.05),but the increase of systolic blood pressure in group B was smaller than that in group A(P<0.05).(3)The heart rate at 15 min and 30 min after the use of vasopressin was significantly slower than that before the treatment(P<0.05),but the decrease of group B was smaller than that of the A group(P<0.05).(4)There was no significant difference in systolic blood pressure and heart rate between the two groups before the use of pituitrin and 45 minutes after the use of pituitrin(P>0.05).Conclusion Group B medication regimen(pituitary vasopressin 6U myometrial injection,combined with oxytocin 10 U intravenous infusion)has less impact on the patient’s circulatory system,and the safety is relatively high,and does not affect the intraoperative hemostasis effect.It is worth promoting the application in clinical practice.
