Clinical Study On Jiedu Tongluo Recipe Combined With Breast Duct Lavage In Treating Fire-toxin

Objective: To compare the efficacy of Jiedu Tongluo Recipe combined with mammary duct lavage in the treatment of PCM compared with single breast duct lavage,and to improve breast pain,maintain breast shape and reduce the patient’s mental burden.The advantages of combination therapy.Methods: The patients with PCM included in the standard were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group.The treatment group was treated with mammary duct lavage and treated with Jiedu Tongluo.The control group was treated with mammary duct lavage.The breast pain was improved after treatment.Patients’ mood improvement,breast appearance changes,TCM syndrome scores,TCM syndrome efficacy analysis and recurrence rate after 3 months.Results:(1)There was no significant difference in age and duration between the two groups(P>0.05),which was comparable.(2)The improvement of breast pain,improvement of patient’s mood and breast appearance after treatment were better than control.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)The TCM syndrome scores between the two groups after treatment and the TCM syndromes were statistically significant(P<0.05),suggesting that the treatment group was treated.The improvement in post-patient-related symptoms was better than in the control group.(4)The recurrence rate of the two groups was statistically significant after 3 months of follow-up(P<0.05).It indicated that the treatment group was superior to the control group,which could reduce the recurrence rate and prolong the recurrence time.Conclusion: Jiedu Tongluo combined with mammary duct lavage can reduce breast pain,improve emotional stress,reduce breast shape,maintain breast beauty,reduce recurrence rate and prolong recurrence,which is worthy of clinical application.
