| Objective:The aim of this study was to evaluate the efficacy of thumbtack needle combined with voice traning Clinical Study on Treating Syndrome of blood stasis and phlegm coagulation of Chronic hoarseness.Methods:The 50 cases in blood stasis and phlegm coagulation of Chronic hoarseness in the first affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2018 to February 2019 were selected and randomly divided into two groups according to the admitted order,with 25 cases in treatment group and 25 cases in control group.The two groups were treated with voice training clinical study,while patients in treatment group were given voice training clinical study with thumbtack needle treatment,two groups were treated for 8 weeks.The patients in the two groups were compared and analyzed before treatment and 8 weeks after treatment.Scale integration of TCM symptom evaluation,subjective sound impairment Index-10(VHI-10),sound analysis parameters(F0,jitter,low light,NHR),maximum duration(MPT),total hoarseness(g)score and comments on fiberoptic electronic laryngoscopy improved the sound quality and symptoms of the patients.Results:Voice training,combination of thumbtack needle and voice training both have a positive therapeutic effect on the blood stasis and phlegm-coagulation of chronic hoarseness.Compared with the control group,the advantage of the treatment group was mainly manifested in the improvement of the symptoms of TCM,subjective the Voice Handicap Index-10(VHI-10)and the statistically significant difference between the groups.Conclusion:The treatment of chronic hoarseness with thumbtack needle has more obvious curative effect and advantages in combination with voice training in the treatment of blood stasis phlegm coagulation of chronic hoarseness,which is worthy of promotion in the treatment of throat diseases. |
