| BackgroundLung cancer is the tumor with the highest incidence of malignant tumor nowadays,and its morbidity and mortality are increasing year by year.However,the specific etiology and pathogenesis are still not completely clear at present,and the clinical efficacy is not good enough.Patients with advanced stage will die within one year after onset.In traditional Chinese medicine,it is believed that its pathogenesis is related to extraneous evils,abnormal —mood,eating disorders,chronic diseases,and senility and so on,but the exact etiology and pathogenesis are not clear.As a kind of internal injury disease,the occurrence and development of lung cancer is bound to be related to the innate constitution.The formation of the constitution,from the traditional Chinese medicine,can be related to the genetic factors of parents and five movements and six dlimates.As the saying goes,Man comes to life through the qi of heaven and earth,he matures in accordance with the laws of the four seasons.Therefore,the constitution of man is affected by five movements and six dlimates,and can contribute to suffering from diseases.However,the relative researches refer to the date of birth of five movements and six dlimates but the ones of fetal pregnant date is less.So it is worth further study to come up with the relativity of five movements and six dlimates with lung cancer in birth pregnancy and birth date.ObjectiveParsing the relativity about Zhongyun with date of fetal pregnant and birth of patients with lung cancer,the article attempt to explore whether there is a consistency of them.So we could explore the essential reasons of lungcancer from the perspective of Zhongyun.It is helpful to improve the theoretical system of cure not ill and expand and enrich the methods of treating diseases,and make its due contribution to play its important role.MethodsRetrospective case-control study was used.In this study,a total of 762 samples that met the inclusion criteria were collected and excluded randomly,including 251 patients in the control group,which suffered from diseases without chronic lung diseases and other tumors,and 511 patients in the study group.According to the patients with lung cancer and others without chronic lung disease and other cancer patients,and fetal birth pregnancy and the department of main gas division in the crowd,by using descriptive statistics,chi-square,and binary logistic regression analysis method,draw for cancer and lung cancer in the crowd,to analyze each people born and characteristics of the fetal pregnant five movements and six dlimates,to determine what kind of five movements and six dlimates was susceptible to lung cancer,and combining the theory of five movements and six dlimates and date of birth and fetal pregnant theory discuss the relationship of lung cancer.Result(1)The age comparison between the two groups was not statistically significant.In light of two groups of patients with restrictive gender,it suggests that the incidence rates of lung cancer were higher among men.(2)The incidence rates about the less-fire years are lower while the ones about over-earth years are higher when it comes to the birthday.And the incidence rates about the less-fire years are lower when it comes to the gestational date.(3)The incidence rates about the over-wood and over-gold years are lower but the ones about over-earth and over-fire and less-gold years is higher when it comes to the gestational date.ConclusionZhongyun about date of birth and gestational age maybe have relativity with morbidity of lung cancer.The incidence rates about the less-fire years may be lower while the ones about over-earth years may be higher when it comes to the birthday.And the incidence rates about the over-wood and over-gold years may be lower but the ones about over-earth and over-fire and less-gold years may be higher when it comes to the gestational date.In view of the ideas,it can guide clinical medication.However,further research is needed. |
