| Objectives This topic uses statistical analysis,clinical research design,measurement and evaluation method design and randomized controlled trials to evaluate the clinical efficacy of Shugan Jieyu combined with tadalafil in the treatment of liver-qi stagnation type ED.Provide a certain basis.Methods Patients who were admitted to Zhuhai Hospital of Guangdong Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2018 to December 2018 were enrolled.80 patients with liver-qi stagnation type ED who met the inclusion criteria and volunteered to participate in clinical trials were randomly randomized.For the 2 groups,40 patients in each group.The treatment group was given the addition and subtraction of Jieyu Xiaoyaoprescription,one dose per day+tadalafil 5mg po qd for 4 weeks.Control group:5 mg po qd to tadalafil for 4 weeks.Fill out the the erectile function score scale(IIEF-5),the erectile mass scale(EQS),and the liver qi stagnation syndrome TCM symptom quantitative score scale before and after treatment to evaluate the curative effect.Data were entered using SPSS 23.0 software.The measurement data were expressed as mean ± standard deviation,which conformed to the normal distribution and the variance was tested by t test;the non-parametric test was not used for normal distribution;the rank data was tested by rank sum test.There was a statistical difference at P<0.05.Results During the treatment,the two groups were separated from the two groups,and in the end,76 cases were completed. Efficacy:The effective rate of treatment in mild patients(8 cases)was 87.5%,that in moderate patients(24 cases)was 100%,in patients with severe disease(6 cases)was 50%,and the overall effective rate was 89.5.%;control group mild patients(7 cases)effective rate was 71.4%,moderate patients(26 cases)effective rate was 69.2%,severe patients(5 cases)effective rate was 60%,the total effective rate was 68.4%;The total effective rate of the group was compared and the difference was statistically significant. Efficacy indicators(IIEF-5,EQS,TCM syndrome scores):before and after the control:all the scores were compared before and after treatment,the P values were less than 0.05,the difference was statistically significant,of which IIEF-5,EQS treatment was greater than before treatment,TCM syndrome scores were less than before treatment;two pairs of control:treatment group IIEF-5 scores,EQS scores were greater than the control group,the test P less than 0.05,the difference was statistically significant,The treatment group was superior to the control group.The score of TCM symptom in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group.The difference was statistically significant after P=0.000<0.05.The difference between the treatment group and the treatment group was 7.052±3.013,and the control group was 3.052±2.470,the difference was more than 1 time.In the improvement of patients with liver qi stagnation symptoms,the treatment group was significantly better than the control group.Conclusion Shugan Jieyu combined with tadalafil and tadalafil alone for treatment of liver qi stagnation impotence can improve patients with erectile function,erectile quality,liver qi stagnation symptoms,but the effect of Shugan Jieyu combined with tadalafil is better than single use He has a significant effect on Dalafe,especially in liver qi stagnation. |
