Objective:To investigate the relationship between the cervical secretion fFN and cervical maturity by detecting the cervical secretion fFN of the pregnant women who are in full term,first term and need to induce labor,and to observe the effect and outcome of induced labor.Methods:Choose our hospital primipara from January 2016 to December 2018,full-term pregnancy,age between 22 and 35,37-41+4weeks gestation,carefully accounting gestational age,After clinical diagnosis with signs of induced labor,are head,single births,according to fFN detection results are divided into:divided into control group(fFN negative group,100 cases)and the observation group(fFN positive group,100 cases),modified cervical Bishop score again,according to the cervix Bishop score,divided into control group 1(fFN negative,and the cervical score for 3-4 groups,66 cases)and control group 2(fFN negative,and the cervical score of 5 to 6 groups,34 cases);Observation group 1(fFN positive group and Bishop score 3-4group,30 cases)and observation group 2(fFN positive group and Bishop score 5-6 group,70cases),were treated with oxytocin intravenous drip and phloroglyphin to soften the cervix.The time of labor,progress of labor process,delivery and pregnancy outcome were observed.Result:There was no significant difference between the control group and the observation group in age,BMI,gestational age and neonatal birth weight.The Bishop score of the control group was 4.05±0.1038,and that of the observation group was 4.99±0.0999,P<0.0001.The cervical Bishiop scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,with statistical differences.There were statistical differences in the birth rate,natural delivery rate,success rate of induced labor and comparison between groups within 24 and 48 hours(P<0.01).There were statistical differences in the first stage of labor between groups(P<0.0001).Conclusion:1 FFN detection of cervical predict the induced labor effect,has objective,independent of clinical experience,and does not affect the pregnancy cycle.2.FFN detection of cervical secretions is more sensitive to cervical maturity than Bishop score.3.The detection of cervical secretion fFN combined with the Bishop score is of great value in predicting the success rate of labor induction and natural delivery rate,as well as the length of the first labor and the total labor.
