Objective:To investigate the relationship between urinary8-Isopro-staglandin F2??8-iso-PGF2??levels and BMI,AHI,longest apnea time,LspO2 in patients with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome?OSAHS?,and to explore the mechanism of oxidative stress and airway inflammation in OSAHS patients.Methods:?1?From September 2017 to August 2018,141 patients with sleep snoring symptoms were selected according to the criteria of enrollment and exclusion.Seventy-three men in OSAHS group were male,aged?42.53+9.24?years,and 68 in the control group,aged?43.15+9.45?years.Age,sex,height and weight were recorded and BMI was calculated.Polysomnography was then performed for more than 7 hours;?2?Morning urine samples were collected and sent to the Laboratory Department of Hebei People's Hospital for determination of urinary Cr level by alkaline picric acid kinetics method, and supernatant was centrifuged at 3ml for determination of 8-iso-PGF2?level by Elisa hair for cryopreservation and calculation of 8-iso-PGF2?/Cr in urine;?3?Statistical processing was performed after integrating experimental data. And analysis.Result:1.The urine 8-iso-PGF2?/Cr level of OSAHS patients was higher than that of normal control group?t=-29.67,P=0.00?.2.There was no significant difference in age between OSAHS patients and normal control group?t=0.39,P=0.70?;BMI of OSAHS patients was higher than that of normal control group?t=-8.31,P=0.00?.3.The AHI of OSAHS patients group was higher than that of normal control group?t=-31.80,P=0.00?;the LspO 2 of OSAHS patients group was lower than that of normal control group?t=19.37,P=0.00?;the longest apnea time of OSAHS patients group was longer than that of normal control group?t=-21.54,P=0.00?.4.Urine8-iso-PGF2?/Cr levels were positively correlated with BMI,AHI and the longest apnea time?r=0.525,p=0.000;r=0.847,p=0.000;r=0.828,p=0.000?;urine 8-iso-PGF2?/Cr levels were negatively correlated with LspO2 in OSAHS patients and normal controls?r=-0.784,p=0.000?.Conclusion:The urinary 8-iso-PGF2?/Cr levels in OSAHS patients were significantly increased. The urinary 8-iso-PGF2?/Cr levels were positively correlated with BMI,AHI and the longest apnea time, and negatively correlated with LspO2.These results suggest that 8-iso-PGF2?may be involved in the oxidative stress response of airway in OSAHS patients, and to some extent,it reflects the level of oxidative stress response in the body, and has a certain impact on the pathogenesis of OSAHS.Urine8-iso-PGF2?may be a reliable indicator of the severity of OSAHS.
