| With the continuous development of knowledge engineering,large-scale semantic data has emerged in recent years,in which biomedical data sets occupy a considerable proportion.These biomedical data sets contain a wealth of semantic information and are an important basis for in-depth data analysis in the biomedical field.However,the topics,the data formats and standards are quite different of theses datasets,which need effective knowledge fusion and organizational representation strategy.Therefore,how to organize and store knowledge in these biomedical data sets with unified standards,and to analyze and utilize them is the direction and theme of our research.Lung cancer is one of the diseases with the highest morbidity and mortality in the world.At the same time,lung cancer and cardiovascular disease have always been the focus of medical research in our district.In this paper,from the perspective of drug treatment of lung cancer,we obtain information about genes,proteins,drugs,metabolic pathways related to lung cancer from multiple biomedical data sets,and construct a semantic knowledge network of lung cancer through effective data fusion methods.Based on the data network,we explored the important nodes,compute the similarity and analysis the correlation of the nodes.The resolutions provide a new way for the research and development of disease treatment.In the paper the author first introduces the research status of network biology in recent years,introduces the storage methods of unstructured semantic data,summarizes the algorithms and research work of network link analysis methods in recent years,and its existing problems;Then,after preprocessing the lung cancer data extracted from the internet,the author organize data in RDF format,use different storage solutions to store the data.Finally,the author explores analysis technology under the distributed system to find the key factors,compute the similarities and conduct correlation analysis on the lung cancer knowledge network.The study work provides new ideas for drug treatment of lung cancer. |
