| [Objective]:To analyze the hemoglobin of anemic pregnant women in TaiCang from 2012 to 2016,to understand the status of anemia in pregnant women, and to analyze the influencing factors of maternal anemia in this area,to provide theoretical basis to prevention of pregnancy anemia measures.[Methods]:(1)In the establishment of "perinatal health card",we recorded general informations of pregnant women, including the age of pregnant women, education level, habitat, whether to take folic acid, pregnancy times, delivery times and so on.(2)In the second trimester of pregnancy, blood samples were taken from the venous blood of pregnant women and the hemoglobin were determined.(3)Basic informations such as the age, education level, habitat, whether to take folic acid, numbers of prenatal examination, pregnancy times, delivery times were collected and analyzed using monofactor analysis and multiple factor logistic regression.[Results]:(1)We analyzed statistical data of all pregnant women with anemia from 2012 to 2016 in TaiCang, and found that pregnant women with mild anemia patients accounted for 76.17%among all anemic pregnant women, followed by moderate anemia, which accounted for 23.81%,and severe anemia, which were the lowest proportion and accounted for 0.02%.(2)Monofactor analysis revealed that the age of pregnant woman, the education level, the habitat, whether to take folic acid, the numbers of prenatal examination, the pregnancy times, the delivery times affected the degree of anemia.(3)multivariable analysis revealed that the education level, the habitat, whether to take folic acid, the numbers of prenatal examination, the delivery times all can independently affected the degree of anemia and low education level, living in rural areas,do not take folic acid, too few times of birth test, too many times of birth are risk factors for anemia in pregnant women.[Conclusion]:In all the pregnant women anemia, mild anemia is in majority. The influencing factors of anemia are complex, the education level, the habitat, whether to take folic acid, the numbers of prenatal examination, the delivery times, they all remarkably affected the degree of anemia. |
