| Objective : To observe the effect of Qiangxintongmai decoction on NT-proBNP,cardiac function grade,Lee's heart failure score and TCM syndrome score in the treatment of chronic heart failure,and to explore its curative effect on heart failure type of qi deficiency and blood stasis and water stasis.In order to further explore the mechanism of its effect on heart failure.Methods : 62 patients in the outpatient department and inpatient ward of the Department of Cardiology,affiliated Hospital of Shanxi University of traditional Chinese Medicine,were randomly divided into experimental group(n = 31)and control group(n =31).The control group was treated with standard treatment of basic anti-heart failure in western medicine,and the experimental group was treated with Qiangxintongmai decoction on the basis of standard treatment of western medicine,one dose per day.After 4weeks of treatment,the symptoms,signs,examination data,cardiac function grade,TCM syndrome score,Lee's heart failure score,adverse reactions and so on were statistically analyzed.Results:In the course of this study,there were 1 case of shedding and 1 case of elimination,60 cases of which entered the evaluation of curative effect,30 cases of experimental group and 30 cases of control group.After treatment,the NT-proBNP,cardiac function grade,Lee's heart failure score and TCM syndrome score of the two groups were significantly improved compared with those before treatment,and the experimental group was superior to the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion : Qiangxintongmai decoction combined with standard treatment of western medicine can obviously improve the symptoms and signs of patients with heart failure caused by qi deficiency and blood stasis.Qiangxintongmai decoction can reduce the NT-proBNP value of patients with heart failure,improve the heart function of patients,and reduce the score of Lee's heart failure and TCM syndrome. |
