Clinical Study Of Chailing Jiangtang Dcoction In The Treatment Of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus With Liver Qi Stagnation And Spleen Deficiency Syndrome

Objective: In this experiment,the clinical study of Chailing Jiangtang recipe in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus with liver depression and spleen deficiency syndrome was carried out to observe whether Chailing Jiangtang recipe could obviously reduce blood glucose,promote clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine and alleviate the depression of diabetic patients.Methods:In this study,66 patients with liver depression and spleen deficiency type were selected from the patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Divide them into treatment group(n = 33)and control group(n = 33).On the basis of diabetes education and diet exercise,the trial group was given metformin hydrochloride enteric-coated tablets,and the treatment group was given oral medicine just same like the trail group combined with Chailing Jiangtang recipe.4 weeks as a course of treatment,treatment for 8 weeks.Fasting blood glucose(FPG),postmeal blood glucose(2hPG),glycosylated hemoglobin(HbAlc),TCM syndrome scale and Hami were recorded before and after treatment.The changes of(HAMD)score of Lton depression scale were sorted out and the data were analyzed by SPSS20.0 statistical software.Results:(1)There was no obvously significant difference between the treatment group and the control group in general data,including sex,age,course of disease,fasting blood glucose,postmeal 2-hour blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin,TCM symptom scale score,Hamilton depression scale(HAMD)and so on.Both of them are comparable.(2)Both the control group and the treatment group could reduce fasting blood glucose(FPG),)2 hours after meal(2hPG),but the effect of hypoglycemia in the treatment group was more effective than that in the trial group(P < 0.05).The(HAMD)score of Hamilton depression scale in the treatment group was more effective than that in the trail group(P <0.05).(3)In improving the symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine,the scores of TCM syndrome scale in the two groups were improved after treatment,but the effective rate in the treatment group was more obvious than that in the control group(P < 0.05).(4)Safety test: during treatment,the safety indexes of the patients were within the normal range,and no adverse reactions were found.Conclusion: Through the preliminary study,the effect of Chailing Jiangtang recipe combined with traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of type 2diabetes mellitus with liver depression and spleen deficiency syndrome is better than that of western medicine alone,which can not only improve the clinical symptoms,but also reduce blood glucose and other physical and chemical indexes.At the same time,it also alleviates the problem of depression and anxiety in diabetic patients to a certain extent,and has high safety,which can be further explored and popularized.
