The rural area is a title relative to the city.With the development of the times,China’s rural areas are gradually urbanized.For example,the rural population is transforming into urban population,and the production methods and lifestyles are transformed from rural to urban.Traditional rural civilization also Modern urban civilization transformation and so on.It is also an important symbol of the degree of economic and social modernization of a country and region.However,compared with the city,the rural areas in China still have a sound public health system,the basic medical and health foundation is weak,and the rural residents generally lack medical related knowledge.The problem of farmers’difficulty in seeing a doctor and expensive medical treatment is still very prominent.As an important part of China’s medical and health system,private hospitals have played a very good role in promoting the reform of China’s medical industry.It is a complementary force to China’s medical and health industry.The emergence of private hospitals has changed the public hospitals in China’s medical market.The monopoly position also promoted the development of China’s medical and health products and quality in a diversified direction,and finally met the people’s demand for medical care.Based on the private hospitals as the carrier,this paper firstly expounds the development status of private hospitals,and introduces the development history of private hospitals in China,and from the medical population,medical purchasing power,medical purchase influencing factors and The rural medical supply and other aspects analyze the current situation of China’s rural medical market.Secondly,based on the problems in the marketing of private hospitals,such as professional talents,comprehensive strength,marketing channels,brand image,etc.,it analyzes the causes of existing problems in a targeted manner,with insufficient personnel attraction,serious shortage of funds,and market competition.Unfairness and prejudice in public opinion.Then,using the 4P theory of marketing,the paper analyzes the problems of marketing and the causes of the problems.Finally,on the basis of the Changsha Aier Eye Hospital as the target hospital,combined with the actual market conditions,segmented the market,determined the target population,and formulated the medical service products,prices,channels and promotions of Changsha Aier Eye Hospital.Specific marketing strategies and implementation measures.Through the detailed analysis of the 4P strategy in rural marketing,and based on the problems found in the analysis of the current situation and the shortcomings in the empirical results,some targeted suggestions are proposed,in order to provide reference for other private hospitals in China to seek strategies to improve rural marketing.effect.
