Study On Performance Evaluation Of Community Medical Treatment Service

As a basic medical and health institution,community health service institutions play an important role in disease prevention,preliminary diagnosis,health convalescence,propaganda and health knowledge learning,medical and health care of community residents.Only by establishing a community health service system with a benign ecological environment,can the health problems encountered by residents in real life be better solved and the residents feel better.Be subjected to the sense of community belonging and identity.The Outline of the "Healthy China 2030" Plan issued in 2016 proposes to achieve equal access to basic medical and health services for all,promote the extension of medical and health services to communities and families,establish a "trinity" major disease prevention and control mechanism,and enhance the ability of health gatekeepers of grassroots residents.Based on the conclusion that there is no management without evaluation,this paper takes the community health service as the perception object.In order to clarify the core and significance of the community health service,explore the source of power for its development,and establish the performance evaluation model of the community health service.this paper mainly study the performance evaluation of community health service.firstly,the literature has been sorted out,the important and potential indicators have been selected initially,and the first round results of the index system of community health service have been established.Secondly,the rationality of the indicators has been analyzed by multiple perspectives and all-round considerations,and the experts’ anonymous scores have been made.After several rounds of screening,the better indicators have been selected.In order to deepen understanding of the index system.To investigate the recognition and support of residents,we formulated the "Questionnaire on the Performance Evaluation of Community Medical Services".Analysis the field survey results and questionnaire survey data by using statistical software and mathematical methods.This paper adopts the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to evaluate the performance of community health service.The methods used include Delphi method,analytic hierarchy process,questionnaire survey and LIKERT five-subscale method.The statistical software include excel and spss.This paper mainly combines the multi-analysis method organically and quantifies the problems to get the reference data,and then carries on the analysis and summary.Based on the case study of performance evaluation of community health service,Changde City,Hunan Province is taken as an example to conduct research by random sampling.The comprehensive evaluation value is calculated by using the fuzzy operator,and the results of the case study are evaluated by fuzzy evaluation.Obtained Five indicators with relatively low evaluation results,seeking optimization.propose Targeted countermeasures and suggestions.Actively explore how to achieve "high quality service,universal participation" effective ways,so that community medical institutions,whether in emergency or non-emergency situations of universal medical care can provide residents with more intimate and service better.
