The Clinical Research Of Thread Embedding Therapy Combined With Auricular Acupressure For The Obesity Featuring Dampness Accumulation Due To Spleen Deficiency

ObjectiveIn this study,acupoint catgut embedding combined with auricular acupoint pressing used to treat simple obesity patients with syndrome differentiation of spleen deficiency and dampness resistance.The purpose of this study was to explore the clinical effects of acupoint catgut embedding combined with Auricular Acupressure for the Obesity featuring Dampness Accumulation due to Spleen Deficiency efficacy and possible mechanism of action,provide further diversified treatment method for clinical acupoint catgut embedding therapy for simple obesity,make acupoint catgut embedding therapy for simple obesity more scientific and standardized.Methods①According to the diagnostic criteria of western medicine,traditional Chinese medicine,inclusion and exclusion criteria and collected cases.Collection of clinical screening 70 cases of eligible patients in a randomized control clinical study.Using simple random method,distribution to the treatment group in a ratio of 1:1,the patients were divided into treatment group(the thread embedding therapy combined with auricular acupressure)and control group(conventional acupuncture combined with auricular acupressure),35 cases in each group.② The group of thread embedding therapy combined with auricular acupressure,selection of points with Guanyuan、Zhongwan、Qihai、Tianshu、Daimai、Huaroumen,dialectical acupoints and moxibustion of Zusanli、Fenglong.The selection of auricular acupressure points with Pi、Wei、Sanjiao、Shenmen、Neifenmi、Xiaping.The group of conventional acupuncture combined with auricular acupressure,selection of points with Guagyuan、Qihai、Zhongwan、Tianshu、Daimai、Fenglong,dialectical acupoints and moxibustion of Zusanli、Yinglingquan、Sanyinjiao、Pishu.The selection of auricular acupressure points is the same of the treatment group.③The treatment group(the thread embedding therapy combined with auricular acupressure)complete thread embedding therapy first.Let the patient take supine position,expose and sign the acupoints.Disinfection of skin within 4～5 cm in diameter centered on acupoints.After the operator disinfects his hands,holding sterile tweezers to clip a piece of absorbable surgical suture about 1.5 cm long,half of the thread body is inserted into the needle body from the needle tip of No.7 sterile syringe needle.Slightly bent the other half of the bare threads.The right hand holds the tail end of the sterile syringe needle,and quickly penetrates the acupoint.Embedding absorbable surgical sutures in acupoints,subcutaneous tissues or muscular layers.After receive qi withdraw the needle immediately.Check whether the thread head is exposed on the body surface.Press the pinhole for about 1 minute.Cover the pinhole with a woundplast.And then auricular acupressure.The treatment group is treated once 10 days,3 times as a course of treatment,treatment for 2 months.The auricular acupressure is treated once every 3 days,two ear rotation.④The control group(conventional acupuncture combined with auricular acupressure)used conventional acupuncture treatment.Treated once every 2 days,15 times as a course of treatment,treatment for 2 months.The auricular acupressure is treated once every 2 days,two ear rotation.⑤During the treatment,2 groups of patients must strictly in accordance with dietary requirements.Three meals a day with balanced diets,no deliberate diet.Establish a good eating habit.With some exercises every day.⑥Compare the changes with BMI、waist and weight before treatment,after the first course and the second course.ResultsIn the period of the treatment,3 cases from the treatment group dropped out,2 cases from the control group dropped out and 1 case from the control group rejected.A total of 64 cases were included in the statistical analysis.Each group 32 cases.①Intra group comparison:Compared with the data before treatment,BMI、waist and weight of two groups were decreased when after the first course and the second course of treatment(P<0.05).②Inter group comparison:Compared within two groups,there were no significant difference in BMI、waist and weight before and after treatment(P>0.05).③After treatment.5 cases were cured,19 cases were markedly effective,6 cases were effective,2 cases were ineffective,the effective rate was 59.37%,and the total effective rate was 93.75%in the treatment group.2 cases were cured,14 cases were markedly effective,13 cases were effective,3 cases were ineffective,the effective rate was 43.75%,and the total effective rate was 90.62%in the control group(P<0.05)。ConelusionThe results showed:the thread embedding therapy combined with auricular acupressure and conventional acupuncture combined with auricular acupressure have obvious curative effect in the treatment of obesity featuring dampness accumulation due to spleen deficiency.Has effective in treatment and can raises the metabolism.And the effective rate of the treatment group is much higher than the control group.Acupoint embedding has a greater advantage in improving obesity indicators,Have good clinical effect and is worthy of clinical application.
