Clinical Study Of Yao Tu Ke Li In The Treatment Of Discogenic Back Pain

ObjectiveTo observe the pathogenesis and clinical treatment of discogenic back pain by traditional Chinese medicine and modern medicine,to valuate the clinical efficacy of oral lumbar granule decoction in the treatment of discogenic low back pain of liver and kidney deficiency.MethodsThere were 66 patients with discogenic back pain(liver and kidney deficiency type)who want to be treat by oral medicine and met the inclusion criteria in ShenZhen Hospital of Chinese Traditional Medicine during January 2018to Decenber 2018.Numbered according to treatment time,then patients were divided into YAO TU KE LI group and control group by random number table method,the YAO TU KE LI group were took orally decoction of YAO TU KE LI(1 dose/day),one course of treatment for one week,maintaining three courses of treatment.The control group were took orally diclofenac sodium double release enteric capsules(75mg/time,1 time/day),one course of treatment for one week,maintaining three courses of treatment.The above two groups were scored before treatment,after 3 treatments,and 1 month after treatment including ODI,VAS,scores,clinical efficacy evaluated by the ’TCM Syndrome Diagnostic efficacy standard’ one months after treatment respectively.The differences between the two groups of patients and within the group were compared by statistical methods and get conclusion finally.Results1.The VAS and ODI score of the low back pain were significantly lower after the two groups of patients took the drug for 3 courses and 1 month after the end of the treatment,and the differences within the group were statistically significant(P<0.05).2.Comparison between the two groups of patients after 3 courses of treatment and 1 month after the end of treatment,The YAO TU KE LI group is more efficient than the control group.3.No abnormalities were found in the general vital signs of the patients during the treatment period,however,the incidence of side effects of The YAO TU KE LI group was significantly lower than that of the control group.ConclusionThe YAO TU KE LI has a good clinical effect on the treatment of liver and kidney deficiency type discogenic back pain,compared with diclofenac sodium enteric capsules,the treatment effect is better;The concept of treatment of liver and kidney is important for the prevention and treatment of discogenic low back pain,that can be further studied and promoted in the clinical.
