ObjectiveBy sorting out and analyzing the characteristics of the core elements of the state of "Deficiency with intolerance of supplement" in pulmonary diseases,this paper discusses the law of clinical syndromes forming the state of"deficiency is not compensated",and summarizes the experience of tutors in differentiation and treatment of clinical symptoms,so as to better guide the clinical methods of Tonifying the patients with deficiency and deficiency-excess syndrome and avoid the appearance of Deficiency with intolerance of supplement".MethodsBy sorting out ancient books and modern documents,this paper preliminarily sorted out and analyzed the connotation,etiology and pathogenesis of the state of "Deficiency with intolerance of supplement" by scholars of all dynasties,and defined the state of "Deficiency with intolerance of supplement".Combining with the direction of respiratory system,we collected the cases of pulmonary disease "Deficiency with intolerance of supplement" by our tutor.Through data collection and statistics,we analyzed the core elements of the "Deficiency with intolerance of supplement" state of pulmonary disease,and summarized the experience of the tutor in differentiating and treating the "Deficiency with intolerance of supplement"state of pulmonary disease.Results1.Through literature research and analysis,it is concluded that the state of "Deficiency with intolerance of supplement" refers to a state in which the symptoms of deficiency are not improved,but aggravated or other discomforts occur in the patients with deficiency syndrome or deficiency and excess.The main causes leading to the state of "Deficiency with intolerance of supplement" are:inappropriate syndrome,inappropriate law,inappropriate time,inappropriate medicine and inappropriate strength.2.In this study,patients with pulmonary diseases in the state of"Deficiency with intolerance of supplement" presented the pathogenesis of deficiency and deficiency mixed with deficiency and deficiency..3.The core tongue vein symptoms of pulmonary diseases in the state of"Deficiency with intolerance of supplement" are cough,sputum,tender tongue,the tongue with reddish spots,thin coating,greasy coating,fine pulse and smooth pulse.4.The characteristics of deficiency syndrome elements in the state of"Deficiency with intolerance of supplement" of pulmonary diseases are mainly Qi deficiency,Yin deficiency and Qi-Yin deficiency.Among them,103 cases(51.24%)are Qi deficiency,21 cases(10.45%)are Yin deficiency,and 38.31%are Qi-Yin deficiency.A total of 77 cases are Qi deficiency,Yin deficiency and Qi deficiency.In the state of "Deficiency with intolerance of supplement"of lung diseases,the main organs were lung(67.78%),followed by spleen(18.89%)and kidney(10.74%).5.Phlegm(39.74%),blood stasis(25.90%)and fever(18.97%)are the main pathogenic factors in the state of "Deficiency with intolerance of supplement"of lung diseases,among which phlegm pathogenic factor is the most important pathogenic factor in the state of "Deficiency with intolerance of supplement".Phlegm,blood stasis and other pathogenic factors mostly present the state of deficiency of Qi or injury of both qi and yin,while heat pathogens mainly lead to deficiency of yin and deficiency of both qi and yin.6.Among the cases included in the study,23 respiratory diseases were diagnosed by Western medicine.The top three diseases with deficiency without supplement were bronchiectasis(21.89%),chronic pharyngitis(16.42%)and post-infection cough(10.45%).7.The most important medicines used by tutors in treating pulmonary diseases are phlegm-resolving cough and Asthma-relieving drugs and deficiency-reinforcing drugs.The instructor grasps the weight of deficiency and evil facts in clinical practice,takes into account the elimination of pathogens(phlegm,blood stasis,heat,etc.)while reinforcing deficiency(Qi and Yin),pays attention to the adjustment of stagnation of Qi and stagnation of mid-Jiaoyu,and uses the form of compatibility of horn medicine to regulate and treat the disease as a whole.Conclusion1.The core pathogenesis of adjustment of the qi stagnation mechanism of the middle-Jiao,and adopts the form of compatibility of angular drugs to implement the strategy of supplementing the "Deficiency with intolerance of
