The Study Of The Wuzi Siwu Decoction On Ovarian Endometriosis Infertility Patients Which Had Been Done Laparoscopic Operation

ObjectiveTo investigate the effect of Wuzi Siwu decoction on ovarian function and pregnancy rate in Ovarian endometriosis infertility patients which had been done laparoscopic operation.MethodsIn this study,50 patients,aged between 20 and 40 years,who were diagnosed Ovarian endometriosis infertility,were selected and divided into two groups randomly:treatment group of traditional Chinese medicine Wuzi Siwu decoction and control group of GnRH-a.The therapeutic method of treatment group:on the first day after the first menstrual period,taking Wuzi Siwu decoction 14 doses,Stop taking the medicine in pregnancy confirmed.Insist this treatment for 6 menstrual cycles.The therapeutic method of control group:on the first day after the first menstrual period,the GnRH-a was injected,once every 28 days,and used for 3 times.Trying to get pregnant after stoppingmedication.Observe changes of TCM syndromes,ovarian function(FSH,LH,E2,AMH),the changes of CA125,the pregnancy rate of 6 months after operation of the two groups before and after treatment.Results1.There was significant difference in TCM syndrome score before and after treatment in TCM treatment group(p<0.01).There was significant difference in clinical effect between the treatment group and the control group 6 months after operation(p<0.01).The total effective rate of the treatment group was 92.5%higher than that of the control group(77.5%).2.There was no significant difference in LH,E2 levels before and after treatment in the treatment group(p>0.05).There was no significant difference in the level of FSH between the two groups before treatment and one month after treatment.There was a significant difference in FSH level between pre-treatment and 6 months after treatment(p<0.01).The AMH in the two groups was lower than that before treatment(p<0.01),and the AMH in the control group was significantly lower than that in the treatment group 6 months after operation(p<0.05).There was significant difference in CA125 between the two groups before and after treatment(p<0.01).3.There was significant difference in pregnancy rate between the treatment group and the control group 6 months after operation(p<0.05).There was significant difference in pregnancy rate between the patients in phase Ⅲ of two groups(p<0.05)·Conelusion1.The Wuzi Siwu decoction has a great effect in improving the clinical symptoms of infertile patients with ovarian endometriosis.2.Wuzi Siwu decoction can effectively reduce the level of CA125 in patients with ovarian endometriosis after operation.3.The pregnancy rate of infertile patients with ovarian endometriosis was increased 6 months after operation,especially patients in phase Ⅲ.
