Research On The Rule Of Traditional Chinese Medicine In The Treatment Of Chronic Heart Failure Based On Data Mining

Background:Chronic heart failure is one of the end-stage manifestations and the most important causes of death in most cardiovascular diseases.In recent years,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)has accumulated some evidence in the treatment of heart failure,which has shown some advantages in controlling symptoms,improving quality of life and improving prognosis.Data mining is a cross-disciplinary subfield of computer science and statistics.Its overall goal is to use intelligent methods to extract information from data sets and convert information into understandable structures for further use.Objective:Through the analysis and research on the literature related to the treatment of heart failure by TCM,we summarized the general characteristics,heart function,main primary disease,common syndrome type,treatment method and medication of patients with heart failure in clinical research,to preliminary explore the clinical rules and new prescriptions for heart failure,to better guide clinical and scientific research.Methods:Through the method of computer retrieval,the clinical research literature on Chinese medicine treatment of heart failure in 2009-2018 was collected from CNKI.Wanfang Database,and VIP Database.According to the strict literature inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,the documents conforming to the standards were selected,and after standardizing the treatment of drug names and TCM syndrome types,the prescription data in the literature was entered into the V2.5 of the TCM inheritance platform,and the association rules of the software were used.Data mining methods such as improved mutual information method and unsupervised entropy hierarchical clustering,mining high-frequency Chinese medicine combinations and new prescriptions for prescriptions and analyzing the results.Results:1.Through the screening and collation of the literature related to the treatment of heart failure with traditional Chinese medicine,380 articles were included,and 14931 cases of heart failure were included in the experimental group.The total number of cases with detailed gender records was 13,359,including 7265 males(about 54.38%)and 6094 females(about 45.62%).with a male to female ratio of about 1.2:1.The total number of cases with detailed primary disease records was 7048 cases,of which coronary heart disease ranked first in various primary diseases of heart failure.followed by hypertensive heart disease,pulmonary heart disease,and rheumatic heart disease.The total number of cases with detailed cardiac function records was 9787 cases,with NYHA class I 19 cases(about 0.19%),NYHA class Ⅱ 3726 cases(about 38.07%),and NYHA class Ⅲ 5090 cases(about 52.0%).952 cases of NYHA class IV(about 9.73%).The common syndromes for treating heart failure in clinical research are initially identified as:heart and kidney yang deficiency syndrome,yang deficiency water syndrome,qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,qi and yin deficiency syndrome,blood stasis syndrome,blood stasis syndrome,qi deficiency blood Suspension of water stasis and yang deficiency and blood stasis syndrome.2.The 380 articles included in this study involved 365 Chinese herbal formulas,including a total of 169 Chinese herbal medicines.Therapeutic drugs with a frequency of more than 100 include astragalus,medlar,salvia,licorice,atractylodes,aconite,medlar,cassia twig,ginseng,and chuanxiong.The most frequently used drug is Astragalus mongholicus,with a proportion of 72.33%.The statistical analysis of four qi,five flavors and meridians showed that the total frequency of four qi was 3754 times,including 1626 times of warm drugs,1044 times of cold drugs,786 times of flat drugs.266 times of febrile drugs and 32 times of cool drugs.The total frequency of Wuwei was 5659 times,including 2414 times of sweet medicine,1526 times of bitter medicine,1390 times of fragrant medicine.224 times of sour medicine and 64 times of salty medicine,and the total frequency of meridians was 10016 times.3.When the association rule analysis set support degree is 20%,a total of 65 high-frequency Chinese medicine combinations are found,including 11 Chinese medicines.The top 10 high-frequency Chinese medicine combinations are listed according to the frequency,that is.the combination of Astragalus and Poria.Atractylodes Rhizome,and Astragalus.Astragalus combination,medlar,aconite combination,Danshen,medlar combination,licorice,medlar combination,cassia twig.medlar combination,Astragalus,medlar combination.Astragalus,licorice combination,medlar,medlar combination.When the support degree is 20%.the confidence level is set to 0.9 at the same time.When the rule is found to be“Atractylodes,Aconite->Fuling".the confidence level is up to 97.46%.When the support degree is 45%.three high-frequency Chinese medicine combinations for treating heart failure and four traditional Chinese medicines,namely,a combination of jaundice and medlar,a combination of medlar and atractylodes.and a combination of Scutellaria and salvia miltiorrhiza can be found.Based on the unsupervised entropy hierarchical clustering analysis of 365 prescriptions for the treatment of heart failure.11 new prescriptions for heart failure were obtained.The new prescription 1 is composed of papaya,cardamom,and grass fruit,the new prescription 2 is composed of salvia miltiorrhiza,Paeonia lactiflora.Astrasalus membranaceus and dried ginger.and the new prescription 3 is composed of Radix Paeoniae Rubra.Ophiopogon japonicus,Atractylodes macrocephala,aconite,and Poria umbellus.The new prescription 4 is composed of cedar,Amomum villosum.Anemarrhena asphodeloides.abdominal skin,the new prescription 5 is composed of Xiangjiapi,Sophora flavescens.Wumei,Puhuang,Passeus,and the new prescription 6 is composed of Zelan.Trichosanthes.tulip,and turmeric.The new prescription 7 is composed of Angelica sinensis.Ligusticum chuanxiong,Phellodendron chinense,Rehmannia glutinosa.Radix Paeoniae Rubra and Achyranthes bidentata,the new prescription 8 is composed of Astragalus membranaceus,aconite,dried ginger.Radix Paeonia lactiflora.and ginger.The new prescription 10 is composed of Polygala tenuifolia,Cinnamomum cassia,Acorus calamus,jujube kerne,and cypress seed kernel,and the new prescription 11 is composed of Herba Epimedii,antler gum,bone moss,motherwort.and cedar grass.Conclusion:1.The preliminary syndromes in the clinical study of heart failure are as follows:heart and kidney yang deficiency syndrome,yang deficiency water syndrome,qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,qi and yin deficiency syndrome,blood stasis syndrome,blood stasis syndrome,qi deficiency and blood stasis Water stop certificate and yang deficiency blood stasis certificate.2.Common Chinese medicines for treating heart failure include Astragalus.Poria.Salvia,Licorice,Atractylodes,Aconite,Gardenia.Guizhi.Ginseng,and Chuanxiong.The combination of the drug is a combination of Astragalus and Poria.and the combination of Astragalus and Atractylodes and the combination of Astragalus and Salvia are the most common.The results showed that the main clinical treatment of heart failure was to invigorate qi,benefit water,warm yang and activate blood circulation.
